Just give yourself like a little shake.

So we can settle in.
Keep your spine nice and straight,
But once you get that drop,
When you exhale,
See if you can keep.
Your body in that.
Soften.
Lower,
Relaxed place.
To get there again,
Just take a nice big deep breath.
Breathe in through your nose.
Nice big deep breath.
Fall to capacity.
All the way in.
And then hold it at the top.
For a few sweet seconds.
And then.

Breathe out.
Do your mass.
Release,
Let go.
Drop.
And stay dropped.
Find a normal pace with your breath,
Something that feels comfortable.
And settle into that.
Imagine in your mind.
That there is like a beam.
Of golden light.
Coming down.
And it's.

.
In front of you.
A couple of steps in front of you.
So start to imagine it like a big circle on the ground.
Like one of those concert lights coming from the sky.
Way up above.
And it's creating this circle that you could step into.
We're not going to just yet,
But.
.
.
Just see it there in front of your mind,
This big golden bright light circle.
And if you look closely at the golden light,
You can see the sparkles and the twinkles.
In the particles that's coming down from that higher place above.
Coming down from sauce.
From light.
Itself.
God energy.
Within the golden light,
There's a high frequency energy.
Golden light holds a high frequency energy.
That's what the particles vibrate.
They're very fast.
The pitch is quite high if you could hear the colour.
The frequency of golden light is very healing.
And purifying.
And especially.

.
Energizing.
Maybe you're like me.
And you need some.
Golden light today.
I'm going to count to three in just a few moments.
And when I count to three on three,
You can step into.
That beam of light coming from songs.
Step into the tunnel of golden light.
One.
To Three.
Lift your face up to the light.
Pull your shoulders back,
Open your chest,
Expose your heart.
But everything.
Be completely drenched.
Endless Lie.
You can actually feel the light around you.
It's quite tangible.
It feels slightly denser than when you were in.

Just the normal oxygen layer around it.
There's a density to it,
Like almost like a thickness,
Like honey.
It has a weight.
See if you can feel the weight of the light.
As it touches your skin very gently.
Just like the most.
Gentle,
Pure caress.
On your face,
Your scalp.
As if someone is gently holding your face in their hands.
Let the light shine down on your shoulders.
Imagine it running down your arms.
All the way down to your hands.
Fill in your fingers with this golden light.
See if you can feel the weight of the goal.
On your chest as you breathe.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just like the sweetest touch.
Over your heart space.
And your physical harm.
See if you can reach up with your body.
Imagine that you're standing slightly taller.
There's a magnetic pull.
In the light it feels as if it's just gently.
Stretching you.
Making you taller.
As if your body is reaching closer.
To it.
Automatically all by itself.
Feel in your mind as you go up onto your tippy toes.
And let the light pull you just a little bit more.
If you could see it all the tiny little hairs on your arms.
Tiny,
Tiny little down years on your body.
Are all standing up on end.
As you're pulled into this high frequency alignment.
What if.

.
You let go.
And metaphorically.
Meaning letting go of Ever than old.
Everything.
That doesn't serve.
What if you said.

.
Yes.
And just.
.
.
Let those tippy toes.
Come up.
And off the ground.
And you just went with it.
And you let your body Start to lift into the light.
Very slowly.
And gently.
Feel in your body being pulled.
Closer to source.
Hold.
I am.
And higher.
And as you rise up towards the light.
Your head goes back even further.
Your chest opens even wider.
Your whole body.
Opens up to this light.
And as you rise up,
You feel lighter.
And lighter.
Go in the Gaia.
Higher.
See if you can feel.
The closer you get to the golden light.
The source of the light.
See if you can feel the tingles more in your body.
Really pay attention.
To the tingling sensation,
The life force that you can feel throughout your entire body.
Feel it in your fingers.
Feel it in your toes.
Being pulled higher and higher.
And the light gets brighter and brighter.
And the density of the light feels slightly closer to you.
As if you're being held more.
Feels more like there's a blanket around you now with some weight.
To it.
Holding you safe.
Guiding you closer and closer to this light.
And the whole while you're just letting go of any resistance.
You're letting go of any fear.
You're letting go of any.

Apprehension.
You're just.
.
.
Saying,
Yes.
Surrendering completely and allowing yourself to go closer and closer.
Will you ever get to a point?
Where it finishes.
Who knows?
Where is it going?
Who knows?
But you know that the light He's good.
And it's feeding your body,
Your cells.
You're mine.
And your soul.
Everything it needs.
Just let yourself keep going higher.
And higher.
Let your arms relax and fall back as if you're being completely lifted now.
Your whole body slightly bent over.
Like you're doing a slight backbend.
Being pulled up.
To the light.
Allowing the light.
To take you.
To feed you.
To raise your vibration.
To cleanse.
Your cells and your bones and your muscles.
As if you're getting an upgrade.
Cellular.
Energetical upgrade.
What if there's a paw?
And you find yourself in stillness.
Just hovering there.
As light as a feather.
Open.
Expensive.
As if you're the golden light itself.
And within this space,
There feels like complete clarity.
A knowing.
And you can feel it in your body.
Just be in this space for a few moments of complete bliss and peace.

All the way in,
All the way down through your body,
Down into your toes.
Hold your breath.
And exhale through your mouth.
Big sound.
Once again,
A nice,
Big,
Deep breath fully.
Into your hands,
Your fingers,
Your toes.
Breathe all the way in.
Hold it.
Feel yourself float.
In this space in between the breath.
And then exhale with a sound.
Completely empty.
Complete surrender.
Find your regular breath once again.
When I count to three,
You're going to find yourself standing on the ground in the tunnel of light.
Back on the ground one two three Feel your feet.
Kind of just step from one front to the other and feel the solidity of the ground underneath your feet.
And then I'm going to ask you to take one step forward and step out of the golden light.
Back into your reality.
Where you can.
Physically in your own space,
Open your eyes.
And come back into your room.
Completely upgraded.
Full of golden light energy.
Ready for your day.
Ready to say yes.
