Are you ready to meditate with Kori?

Make sure that you're in your bed and you're wearing your comfy,

Cozy pajamas.

You're trying to stay as still as you possibly can.

No wiggling,

No moving,

No running around anymore.

It's bedtime,

So it's time to be still and quiet.

And that way,

You can listen to your story and hopefully,

Eventually,

You'll fall fast asleep.

Tucker and Leo had gone to a spa date.

Yes,

A spa date.

They'd gone with their girlfriends,

Jane,

Natalie and Claire,

Abby and Erica.

They were all having different treatments.

Abby and Erica were having a manicure,

Tucker and Leo were getting pedis,

Pedicures,

And Jane,

Natalie and Claire were getting facials.

Luckily,

The spa that they'd gone to was one big,

Giant space,

So even though they were all having different treatments,

They could lay or sit and talk to each other still.

They were having a good old gossip about all sorts of different things.

Jane,

Natalie and Claire were talking about school and some of their friends and what they like to do at recess time and at break time.

They were talking about that for a while.

Then they were talking about this thing called reputation.

Tucker said,

What do you mean?

What is that?

What is reputation?

What's a reputation?

What does that mean?

Is it like when you do something over and over and over and over?

Leo said,

I don't think it's that,

But I don't know what it is either.

Erica said,

Reputation is when it's kind of like you have a reputation for being happy,

Or you have a reputation for being gossipy,

Or you have a reputation for being miserable.

It's like a description of a behaviour that you have that you do repeatedly.

So it is a bit like repetition,

But it isn't.

It's reputation.

The reputation is what you have of the repetition that you do.

Tucker said,

Oh,

Oh,

You lost me.

You lost me there,

Erica.

I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about.

Repetition of reputation,

A reputation of repetition.

Repetition is what you get from a repetition of a behaviour that you do repeatedly.

Oh,

No,

Said Tucker.

Another,

Repetition,

Repeatedly,

Repetition,

Repetition,

Repetition,

Repeat,

No,

Repetition,

Repetition,

Repetition,

Repeat,

Repeat,

Repetition,

Repetition.

If you repeat your repetition of a repetition.

Oh,

My goodness gracious me,

That's a tongue twister.

That's like that one that Sally sells seashells on the seashore.

That's like that one,

Isn't it,

Leo?

Leo started laughing.

That was a lot of S's,

Tucker.

Tucker said,

I know,

Right,

And I did it.

Sally sells seashells on the seashore.

The seashell sells to Sally on the seashore.

Then Sally sells seashells.

Seashells are molested on the seashore.

Leo said,

Well,

You managed to do it the first time.

Tucker said,

Yes,

I think I overdid it with that last one.

That was a little bit too much.

But anyway,

Tell me,

Tell me,

Tell me,

Who has a reputation?

Abby said,

I have a reputation.

I have a reputation to be really good at netball.

Tucker said,

What is netball?

Abby said,

Netball is a sport,

Kind of like basketball.

But you don't dribble the ball so much.

You just kind of throw it to each other.

And it's more of a girl's version of basketball,

I think.

That was probably the closest that you could say it.

But anyway,

I have a reputation of playing netball or basketball,

Whatever you want to call it,

Really well.

Ah,

You know what I have a reputation for,

Then.

I get it.

I get it.

You know what I have a reputation for,

Leo said.

Let me guess.

Licking people.

Yes,

That's definitely my reputation.

I like to lick things.

I like to lick kittens.

I like to lick puppies.

I like to lick children.

I like to lick children's faces.

Children's faces a lot.

That's my favorite because children's faces taste like different types of food,

You know,

Because children are very messy sometimes.

Sometimes they leave like little scrapes of around their lippies.

Sometimes they have ketchup on their noses.

Sometimes they have ice cream on their top lip and it looks like a mushy stashy.

Sometimes,

You know,

Kitties taste like pasta.

That's always nice because you can taste the butter.

If they've had like buttery pasta,

Somehow to get it all over the hands,

All over the cheeks,

In the hair,

On the forehead,

Absolutely everywhere.

Oh,

And they're the bestest kissers.

When you can kiss and lick on a baby that's been eating buttery pasta.

Oh my goodness gracious me,

They're the bestest.

Leo said,

I think I would have a reputation of being allergic to things.

Natalie said,

Yes,

That's right.

You're getting it.

You're getting it.

That's right,

Leo.

You would have a reputation to being very sensitive to things and having allergies and just being a very sensitive,

Kind of intuitive,

Empathic dog.

I could be empathic,

Said Tucker.

Jane started laughing.

Tucker,

I don't really think you're the empathic type.

What does empathic mean anyway?

Jane said,

Empathic is when you kind of are in tune with other people's feelings and emotions and you can pick up on people's moods and energy and you're very in tune with your own moods and your own energy.

It's like you're just sensitive to shifts and changes in people and energies in places and,

You know,

That kind of thing.

Tucker said,

Oh no,

Yeah,

No,

No,

No.

I think if I was in empathic,

Then I would definitely not be licking kitties because I don't think kitties like to be licked,

Unless they're tiny kitties.

You know,

You know,

Jenna,

Jenna,

Right?

Jenna is fostering five kitties right now and our friend Sam,

Leo said,

Yeah,

We have a friend called Sam and he's a golden retriever and he's a very nice dog.

Yes,

We love Sammy.

Sammy's so nice.

Anyway,

Sammy licks all the kittens and he's very gentle and he licks them and the kittens like it because they think it's their mummy that's cleaning them.

But when I lick kittens like Mr.

Kitty,

When Mr.

Kitty was staying at our house,

Leo,

Mr.

Kitty did not like me licking him,

Did he?

Leo said,

No,

Definitely not.

You were not reading the room.

What do you mean by reading the room?

Said Tucker.

Leo said,

That would be like you weren't being empathic.

You weren't reading the meaning you weren't noticing that it wasn't a good idea to be licking on Mr.

Kitty because Mr.

Kitty was actually pulling a face like he was going to kill you,

Literally.

Yes,

He did pull that face,

Said Tucker.

He pulled that face a lot,

But I thought that face was like,

It's a challenge.

He's just goating me.

Goating you?

Said Natalie.

Yes,

Goating me.

Claire said,

You mean coaxing you?

Coaxing you to do something like to take action?

Yes,

That's what I mean.

Goating,

Coating,

Coaxing,

Goating.

Yes,

That.

He's doing that.

When he would pull that face,

I would look at him and I'd say,

Come on then,

Mr.

Kitty,

It's you and me.

Mr.

Kitty didn't like that challenge at all.

In fact,

He just used to bash me on the face with his paws,

But I was very lucky he didn't have his claws out.

How are you doing with your pedicure,

Leo,

By the way?

Is it feeling nice?

Leo and Tucker were getting all of their nails shortened and filed and Leo kept squinting and pulling faces as if he wasn't enjoying it at all.

Tucker said,

It feels so nice and the water's so nice and warm and bubbly.

It feels so delicioso.

Leo said,

Yeah,

I don't like it when they file them,

It tickles.

Tucker said,

Oh,

I like that part because it makes my nose tickle.

It sends vibrations all the way up to my toes,

All the way to my leggies,

All the way up through my body,

All the way to my nose and it makes my nose tingle.

I like the,

I like the filing thing.

Yes,

It feels lovely,

Said Tucker to the lady.

Tucker just carried on filing his nails.

She didn't understand a word he was saying.

Jane,

Natalie and Claire were enjoying their facials very much.

Claire said,

This feels so nice and relaxing.

Oh,

It just feels lovely and the smell,

The smell of all the different products smells so good.

Tucker said,

I can smell them from here.

They smell so lickable.

Oh,

There we go.

That's my repetition again.

My repetition is to be licky,

Licky,

Licky.

I like to lick creams off your face.

I like to lick puppies.

I like to lick kitties.

I like to lick kitties.

I like to lick,

Oh,

What else do I like to lick?

I like to lick,

I actually like to lick door handles.

Leo said,

What?

Tucker said,

Yes,

Door,

Door handles.

Yes,

I like to lick door handles.

Yes,

I do.

I like those a lot.

You know why?

Claire said,

Let me guess.

Is it because they're absolutely disgusting and dirty and filthy?

Normally,

Right?

Unless people clean them all the time,

Which I mean,

How many people actually clean their doorknobs in the house or door handles?

Tucker said,

Yes,

Exactly.

You got it,

Claire.

You got it.

You guessed me so well.

Yes,

I like to lick door handles and doorknobs because there's normally so many flavours.

There's so many flavours on them.

There's so many flavours.

These like finger flavours.

Oh,

One time I licked a doorknob and it smelled just like Doritos and I was like,

Oh,

I can taste the Dorito cheeses all over this doorknob and it tasted so nice.

One time,

Right,

One time I licked a doorknob and it tasted like,

Oh,

What was it?

What was it now?

Oh,

That was it.

Oysters.

Leo said,

Oysters?

Have you ever had oysters?

Mummy gave us oysters one time,

Remember?

She had oysters in a can and they'd gone out to date and mummy gave them to us and they were so salty and so fishy and so yummy and delicious.

So I was like,

Oh,

Mummy,

I like oysters.

For my next birthday,

Mummy,

Can you get me a couple of cans of oysters,

Please?

Erica said,

You can have fresh oysters,

You know,

They like open the shell and you can eat them with like lemon and hot sauce or salt.

That's nice.

Oh,

What do they look like in the shell?

Because in the can they look very strange.

They were all compact and squished together,

But they looked like little slugs or something.

They were very looking weird.

They were very weird.

Erica said,

They just look like a big ball of like snotty stuff,

Like with maybe a bit of a creature in the middle.

Leo gulped and then made a sound as if he just vomited a little bit in his mouth.

Oh,

Said Leo.

That sounds disgusting.

And that's nice with lemon and hot sauce on.

Erica said,

I don't know.

I've never had it.

Jane,

Natalie and Claire and Abby all agreed that that sounded absolutely disgusting.

Snotty stuff with an animal in the middle.

Yeah,

No,

Thanks.

People like them apparently,

Said Claire.

Well,

They can keep them,

Said Leo.

Tukka said,

I think,

You know,

Me liking the fact that I like to lick doorknobs and door handles,

I would probably like them.

They sound very nice and like squelchy and slimy and maybe like a little bit salty.

Yeah,

I think I'd like those.

Everybody again all shivered in their seats,

Like thinking about Tukka swallowing raw oysters.

So gross,

So gross,

So gross.

Erica said,

Getting back to reputations,

I think I have a reputation for being really friendly at school.

Jane,

Natalie and Claire said,

That's a really good reputation.

Abby said,

Yeah,

That's a good one.

You know,

At one time I had a reputation for burping too much,

Said Abby.

Leo said,

Was it true?

Did you burp too much?

Abby said,

Well,

When I was a bit younger,

I used to burp in class all the time.

And yeah,

It kind of stuck for a while.

They just,

Everybody assumed I was Abby and I was the burping Abby.

Luckily,

I got rid of that reputation.

Oh,

The repetition of the reputation.

Oh,

That's so stressful.

Repeat,

Repeat,

Repeat.

Burp,

Burp more than five times in a class and that's it.

You've got a reputation for being a burper.

That's kind of sad,

Really,

If you think about it,

Right?

It's not very nice,

Is it?

To get a reputation so easily.

But you could,

You could,

You could,

You could have a reputation so easily.

You could have a reputation for,

I don't know,

Maybe getting toilet roll stuck on your shoe at school.

And then everybody says,

Oh,

Yeah,

She does that all the time.

And you say,

I do not.

I only did it once.

Erica said,

That would be a horrible reputation.

Can you imagine getting toilet roll stuck on your,

On your shoe and then walking around school all day?

All the girls just died thinking about it.

That would be so horrible.

They all said.

Yes,

Well,

That would be a very good example then of a very,

Very fast,

Very repetitionable reputation.

That's absolutely terrible.

They talked and talked and talked and talked at the spa.

They had a really nice day.

Tucker and Leo felt like they were walking on clouds when they walked out at the spa.

Jane,

Natalie,

And Claire loved the fact that their faces felt soft and they smelled so good.

And Erica and Abby had really nice pretty nails.

Erica's were bright,

Bright,

Bright pink,

And Abby's were black.

They had a lot of fun.

But eventually,

Obviously,

They had to go home.

Tucker and Leo said goodbye to all of the girls.

When they got home,

They went on the back garden to go to the toilet.

Then they come back in through the dog door.

And they both flopped down on the big dog bed.

They laid down next to each other.

They had a little bit of a chat about the day and how much fun it was to have a spa day.

But then eventually,

Both Tucker and Leo fell fast asleep.

The end.
