Sit down and get comfortable.
Let's meditate together this morning.
Straighten your spine once you're sat.
Relax your shoulders down away from your ears.
Close down your eyes.
And imagine in your mind that you're going inside of yourself.
Closing down your eyes and shutting out the rest of the world for a while.
Feel into your body.
See if you can feel any aches or pains.
Any tingling sensations.
Relax your intuition and just let yourself be guided to different places in your body.
There doesn't need to be any structure.
Take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths as you feel into the different sensations inside of yourself.
You're just becoming aware.
You're not actually trying to fix anything or change anything.
It's just a body awareness.
Scan.
Scanning through your body.
Becoming a detective of sorts.
Feeling into yourself.
Once you have a sense of all the physical sensations,
Check into your emotional state.
What's your emotional state feel like?
See if you can feel the emotion in your body.
Pinpoint where the emotion is in your body.
Maybe in your chest or your stomach or your head.
And just relax into it as an observer.
Not necessarily a fixer.
Just an observer.
If the energy that you have inside of your body this morning isn't necessarily a comfortable energy,
See if you can practice just being comfortable with it.
Practicing being comfortable with the discomfort of whatever it is inside of you.
It's okay.
It's okay that it's there.
It's okay that you recognize it.
Just breathe.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath for me and let your shoulders really relax as you exhale.
This is where you're at right now.
This is how you feel.
And it's totally okay.
It's probably going to change many,
Many times today.
But this is you and this is where you're at right now,
In this moment,
And you're comfortable with it.
