Are we ready for some me time?

Okay.

Make sure that you're laying down in a comfortable position.

Move your arms away from your body slightly and place your hands either facing down towards the earth or up towards the skies,

The spiritual aspect of who you are.

Whichever way you feel like you need to get more energy from the spirit or from the earth.

Make sure that your legs are comfortable,

Maybe spaced apart just a little bit so that your feet can fall and relax to the side.

And close your eyes if you haven't done so already.

With your eyes closed,

I want you to start to focus on your breath.

Just be aware of your breath.

Don't change it.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Just start to breathe.

Feel how your chest rises and falls with your breath.

How it feels cool when you breathe in and warm when you breathe out.

Just by focusing on your breath,

Things are already starting to slow down and calm down.

Now try lengthening your breath.

So breathe in longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

When you inhale,

Take your breath down through your chest and see if you can breathe all the way down into your navel.

When you breathe out,

See if you can breathe from your navel.

Take your breath starting at the navel,

Going up through your chest and out.

All you're doing is focusing on your breath.

You're letting go of the outside world,

The rest of your reality.

And you're just breathing for now.

Let's relax your body a bit more.

So this next breath,

I want you to breathe and take your breath in your mind all the way down to your feet.

Imagine your breath going all the way to the tips of your toes.

When you get to your feet,

Put all of your focus and attention on your feet.

Be aware of your feet.

You can whittle your toes if you want to.

Notice any sensations that you might feel in your feet.

Any tingling sensations,

Energy,

Blood flow.

Put your full attention right there on your feet and just keep breathing.

And then use the power of your mind because your mind is very powerful.

And tell your feet with your inner voice,

It's time to relax.

It's time to get heavy.

Let go and relax.

Your ankles,

Your lower legs,

Relax.

Your knees,

Your bones,

The muscles,

All get heavy and relax.

Move your focus and attention and your breath into your thighs.

Allow your legs to just soften.

Allow them to sink deeper and deeper into the earth.

And relax your hips and the lower back.

Your whole body is starting to just flow into a nice state of relaxation.

Just let yourself go with it.

Keep focusing on your body,

My voice.

Let go of the rest of your world.

This is your time.

Your time to just let go and relax.

This is your time to heal.

Breathe into your abdomen and relax the muscles.

Feel any tension you might be holding in your stomach.

Breathe,

Relax.

Your ribs relax.

Your chest,

The muscles across your chest soften and relax.

Every time you breathe in,

Imagine that you're breathing in relaxation.

And every time you breathe out,

Imagine that you're letting go.

Tension,

Stress,

Anything in your mind or your body that no longer serves you,

You breathe in and out.

Take a breath and focus on your heart.

Breathe in to your heart and just see if you can connect to your heartbeat.

All of you is right there in your chest.

There are different aspects of you,

Not just being a parent.

It's the individual you,

The strong you,

The powerful you,

The loving you,

The funny aspects of you,

The independent aspects of you.

Your heart is still there,

Right there in the middle of your chest,

In your heart center.

Breathe into that space and know that you're not defined as just one thing.

You're all.

You can be anything that you want to be.

You can be anything or anyone that you desire.

Breathe into that knowing that you have many,

Many flavors,

Wonderful,

Different flavors to who you are.

And just relax.

Allow your shoulders to get heavy.

Make sure that you move them away from your neck and let them fall into the earth every time you exhale.

The relaxation rolls slowly down over your shoulders.

Down your arms to your elbows.

And from your elbows down to your wrists.

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

So your arms are very,

Very heavy and relaxed.

Relax the back of your neck,

The back of your head.

Let your head completely relax.

Let your head get heavy.

Every time you breathe out,

Just let it go.

You don't have to hold it up right now.

You can just completely relax.

Breathe and relax.

Your scalp and all of the tiny little hair follicles relaxes and softens.

Any tension across your forehead or around your eyes is melting away.

Just soften that space in your face.

Your temples relax.

Your cheeks.

Jaw.

Tongue.

All relax.

This is your time.

Just lay and enjoy your time.

Nourish yourself in this moment.

Feed your body the relaxation it needs.

Feel the peace inside of you and enjoy it.

Every breath you take,

Just enjoy the peace and quiet in your time.

Your entire body is very,

Very heavy,

Comfortable,

Peaceful,

And relaxed.

As you lay quietly,

I want you to start to feel an inner smile for all the different aspects of who you are.

Remember them now as you lay here.

All the different parts and pieces and flavors.

All of those factors make you complete and whole.

You're more than just a mother or a father.

You have so much to give to the world,

So much to give to those around you.

This is your time to fill your body with healing,

Loving,

Peaceful vibrations so that you can give those to everyone around you.

Breathe,

Let go,

And relax.

Every time you breathe in,

Breathe in,

Healing energy.

Every time you breathe out,

Say to yourself,

I'm still here.

I'm still here,

Right here,

All of me.

Let go,

Just let everything go.

For the next few minutes,

Just be with all of you,

Relaxed,

In peace,

Balanced,

And harmonized.

Just enjoy.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I really liked this. The title may be somewhat misleading; this it's not a pep-talk.
