Let's meditate together.
Come into a comfortable seated position.
Relax your hands on your knees.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
And soften your chin down slightly towards your chest.
Close off your eyes and close out the rest of the world.
Indicating to your body and your brain that it's time to go inside.
It's time to meditate.
Start to put all of your focus and attention onto the way that you're breathing.
Notice the depth of your breath,
The pace,
What it feels like when you breathe in and when you breathe out.
Become aware of all the different sensations,
All the different feelings that you're noticing.
See if you can start to slow down your breathing.
Make your breath gentler,
Softer,
Quieter.
And feel the differences that this creates inside of your body.
Settle into a breathing that feels good for you.
Don't strain yourself too much.
And try and hold your breath too long.
Find a pace that feels natural and comfortable,
But also relaxing at the same time.
And when you notice that your body naturally starts to soften,
Your mind naturally starts to slow down.
You get that feeling inside that there's a gentle peace coming over you.
Then you know you've found the right type of breathwork.
Notice the sensations in the tips of your fingers.
So leave your breath where it is and now move your attention to your hands and your fingertips.
Really quieten down everything else that you're focusing on.
Imagine the rest of your body is disappearing into the background and you have your full attention on the tips,
Especially the tips of your fingers.
Notice a buzzing sensation,
A tingling,
Almost like a vibration in the tips of your fingers.
As if each one of your fingertips are like tiny little beehives with thousands of bees humming and flying and buzzing around in the tips.
It's very active inside of your fingertips.
You can feel life playing out in your fingertips.
There's definitely movement inside of them.
You can definitely feel something going on inside of them.
Given the power of your mind,
See if you can change what's happening inside of your fingertips.
See if you can make the buzzing go away,
The vibration go away.
At first it feels like you can't,
You can definitely still feel things buzzing around in there and then all of a sudden you find a sweet spot as if all the bees are just in full stop hovering together,
Not moving.
In complete pause,
Everything pauses and it feels as if it's just holding in time and space.
Right there in your fingertips,
Can you feel it?
Sit with me and see if you can get to that point where the buzzing just halts.
It comes to a standstill and then all you feel is the stillness.
You can feel the hold of the bees.
They're still there,
They're still present.
Doesn't feel empty in your fingertips now.
It still feels full but it's all on pause.
See if you can get that with me.
You want to stop breathing when you feel it.
You want to hold your breath so you can really really zone in and focus on the sensation.
Just breathe gently through it and see if you can still feel that pause.
It's very clear when you lose it because you can feel the buzzing again,
The bees are flying around again,
They're busy at work once again.
Okay,
Let it go.
Let go with your mind and let your bees fly around once again and just feel that in your fingertips.
Feel that buzzing,
Feel that vibration,
Feel that energy.
All of that life inside of you.
You can feel it moving up your fingers,
Swelling around your finger joints and the knuckles.
If your hands are open,
Palms facing up to the sky,
You can feel it in the palms of your hands as if you're holding a ball of energy in each palm.
And you can feel the tingling and the vibration of that energy transferring into your skin.
Now you're going to see if you can increase the vibration.
Focus right there on the tips of your fingers once again.
But now imagine the buzzing,
The vibration,
The energy in the tips of your fingers is getting louder.
The bees are making more noise.
The energy in your fingertips is trying to push its way out of your fingers as if your fingertips are swelling with the energy and the activity inside of them.
Go quiet for a second and focus really hard on making the vibration stronger.
Release it with your mind.
You become aware of the nail beds and you can feel it as if the energy is trying to break through and push through your nail beds.
Imagine that you're shoving the energy down to the tips of your fingers with your breath.
Every time you breathe out you're pushing.
You're creating a pushing motion with the energy inside of your body and you're pushing it out towards the tips of your fingers.
There's more and more bees,
More and more buzzing.
Fuller and fuller and louder and louder.
Until you feel like you've got so much energy in the tips of your fingers you don't know what to do with yourself.
All of that life force right there and if you put your hands on someone you could transfer all of that magic into their being.
All of that light.
All of your love.
As if each one of your fingers were beacons of light.
Can you see that in your mind?
Now just relax.
Relax your fingers.
Relax your breath.
Relax the pushing sensation.
Soften.
Let your hands soften.
Take your attention back to your breath.
Find that sweet spot once again that feels like you're breathing peace into your whole body.
All is well.
Your life is perfect right now in this moment.
You're alive and you can feel it right there in your fingertips.
