Good morning.
My name is Corrie.
Let's meditate together.
If you could close down your eyes and get comfortable,
Please.
Straighten your spine and make sure that your head is slightly tilted forward so that your chin is nice and relaxed,
You're not straining your neck.
But make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Relax your shoulders down away from your ears.
Let's take just five good,
Slow,
Deep breaths together.
If you could breathe in through your nose,
Breathing in all the way down through to the lower abdomen.
Hold it for a second and then breathe out through your mouth,
Release to completely empty.
Breathe in,
Nice big deep breath all the way down through your body.
Hold and breathe out through your mouth,
Release.
The next one we're going to breathe out through our nose.
Breathe in,
Nice big deep breath all the way down.
Fill your tummy to capacity.
See if you can breathe into your ribs and your lungs,
Push everything out.
And then exhale through your nose,
Nice long slow breathe out.
Pause for a second and then take a nice big deep breath once again in through your nose.
Breathe all the way through your body.
See if you can breathe into your back,
Down into your legs.
Pause.
And then breathe out through your nose fully to empty.
Breathe in,
Final breath,
Nice big deep breath.
Bring that breath all the way through your being,
Starting to really relax your mind and your body.
And then breathe out through your nose and settle into a nice slow breathing rhythm,
Something that feels good for you.
Creating a sense of peace and stillness inside of your mind and your body.
It's time to relax a little bit,
Step away from the rest of the world.
For many of us,
This half an hour of meditation is the only time we really get some peace and quiet,
So let's just enjoy the bliss of it together,
As well as doing a little bit of self-care.
Staring into the space in front of you,
That big vast wide open space,
Even though you've got your eyes closed,
Just stare out into the darkness.
Playing with your imagination,
Imagine that you've got 10 steps there in front of your mind.
And you take in a couple of steps forward until you reach the top of those 10 steps.
And now you can peer down the staircase as if you're standing at the top of those 10 steps.
Look down at your feet,
Start to take in a little bit more detail.
Notice what the top step is made of,
What your staircase is made of,
Whether it's tiled or carpeted,
Whatever it is,
Just notice.
And then aid in your grounding,
Help you to connect to the top step.
Take off your socks and shoes,
If in your mind you see that you're wearing anything on your feet,
Just kick them off so that you're barefoot and you can feel that step.
And now we're gonna go down these 10 steps.
At the bottom there is a door and I'll tell you about that door and where it goes when we get there.
But for now we're just gonna go down these 10 steps and every step that you take your body will drop,
Relax into a deeper state of trance.
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Feel the steps,
Literally feel as if you're walking down.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a couple of steps forward in your mind so that you're right there in front of your door and start to notice and sense what this door looks like.
You feel smooth?
Does it feel rough to touch?
Just be aware of the sensations.
What does it look like?
Is it super tall?
Is it a regular size door?
Is it red?
Is it black?
Is it wooden?
Just pay attention to anything that comes to you through the vision of your third eye.
Just imagine this door there.
When we go through this door and we get to the other side you're gonna find yourself in a really beautiful,
Peaceful garden.
On the far end of the garden there's a sacred bench,
A place where you can sit.
You can dwell in your own thoughts but you can also meet with higher guidance and that's what we're gonna go do today.
When I count to three,
On one in just a few moments you'll open the door.
On two you'll walk through the doorway and on three you'll close that door behind you and find yourself in this really pretty zen-like garden.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just look down at your feet,
Feel the ground that you're standing on and then look up and look left first of all and just take in anything that you see,
Anything that you sense over there on the left side of your garden.
This is just play,
This is no pressure,
No big deal,
Just play.
Let your mind create and imagine things and then if you look straight forward notice what's in front of you in the garden,
Notice what's over on the right side of you in the garden.
This place is a very high frequency,
It's like a pocket in the collective consciousness where all beings of love and light can reside.
There isn't any low vibration here,
There isn't anything from the lower realms or lower worlds,
It's all guides,
Angels,
Masters,
Loved ones that have crossed over to the other side.
Even in the form of animal totems there's many ways your higher self,
Many ways that your guidance can come to you so I'd like you to just keep your mind wide open and start to walk through the garden.
Towards the far end of the garden you'll know where you're going.
Just start to walk through the garden,
Nice peaceful beautiful day.
Making your way over to the bench and when you reach your bench pay attention to what it looks like today.
If you revisit this space your bench may change in the future,
Your garden may change,
That's very normal when you're working with your third eye.
But notice what your bench looks like today and where you're at and what's reflected on you and what your bench looks like.
And then walk over to your bench and sit down if you haven't done so already and get comfy.
Feel the bench underneath your sit bones,
You can reach down and feel the texture of the bench with your fingers,
With your hands.
Connect,
Ground to this spot.
Now internally using your telepathic thoughts,
Your mind,
I'd like you to speak to the frequencies in this place and say will the guide that I need to speak to today come forward and sit with me on the bench?
And just kind of keep repeating that in your mind.
Until a being,
An animal,
A friend,
A loved one.
Keep your mind wide open,
No pressure.
Maybe it's even just a sense of someone being there or a light,
A color.
Let them come and be with you so that they can give you some guidance today.
When you see or feel the presence of that guidance,
Start to take in as much detail as possible.
What they look like,
What their hair is like,
What their eyes are like.
Take your time to just connect to this frequency.
What are they wearing or what do they feel like?
Do you feel calm sat next to them?
Do you feel comfortable?
There is no rush with this part,
Just take some moments to connect.
Open your heart,
Open your mind and just trust that you're safe in this place.
All is well.
What do I need to know about this month?
What should I focus on this month?
Just ask that simple question telepathically.
If your guidance answers your question and you need more explanation,

Can you please explain?
Or can you explain it and give me more?
If your answer is simple and you understand it,
Just take it.
What does it mean to you?
What work is ahead this month so that you can implement it into your reality?
We're not doing anything complicated today,
You're just asking,
What do I need to focus on this month?

Otherwise don't pressure yourself too much,
Just make it simple.
Enjoy the space that you're in.
Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Looking up the 10 steps there in front of you,
Bringing back any sense of peace,
Nice calmness,
Any information,
Bringing it back with you for the rest of the month to focus on.
Starting with whichever feels right for you,
Let's climb back up these 10 steps and when you get to the top,
You can open your eyes and come back into your space.

Feel the steps so that you can ground as you come back out.
One,

Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Opening your eyes and coming back into the space that you live in.
Just feeling your body,
Maybe move your fingers a little bit,
Move your toes a little bit,
Ground back into your physical form.
And if you got some information today,
Grab your journal and write that down,
Make it the focus of the month for you,
For your inner work and your self-awareness.
And come back and do this whenever you need to.
