If you're going through a period of anxiety experiencing fear.
You're probably exhausted.
From the endless battle in the mind.
The relentless overthinking.
Constantly trying to figure out fix.
All of the situations in your mind.
To get some relief from this.
Let's attend.
To the anxiety and the fear in the body.
We won't solve.
Any of the anxious problems in the mind.
It's like getting into a fist fight with a ghost.
There's nothing actually there.
It's just chatter in the mind.
And if you're prone to worry.
And overthinking you'll know that actually thinking has become the problem.
It never solves anything.
So instead.
.
.
Let's simply bring our attention and our awareness to the body.
Just slow down Slow down.
Nothing needs to be done.
Nothing needs to be fixed.
You're not responsible.
For all of these things that you believe you're responsible for in the mind.
Just begin to let go.
Slow down.
Just come home to the body.
Slow your breathing.
You might find it helpful to breathe in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And breathing as deep.
As possible and exhaling as fully as possible.
This naturally calms the system down.
Slows everything down.
Begins to regulate the nerves.
Slightly less agitated.
No rush.
No hurry.
Take as long as you need.
And you'll find.
There's still this.
Momentum.
In the mind.
Is chatter.
Just ignore it.
Treat it as unimportant,
As irrelevant.
The mind presents these thoughts as urgent,
As an emergency,
And they're not.
So forget that and instead.
What are the sensations in the body right now?
And actually go towards.
The sensations.
That are a manifestation of this fear.
Do you feel it in the belly?
Is it in the heart?
Is it in the chest?
Where is fear in the body?
Where is anxiety in the body?
You'll find it.
Just go there.
And practicing some patience with this now.
When you're anxious,
Stressed,
Afraid.
There's a jumpiness.
There's a hurry to everything,
But by practicing a little patience.
Discipline.
Just really stay with the body.
Don't go anywhere else.
Safety will be found in the body.
And it's in this safety.
That the anxiety will resolve.
So stay with the body,
The sensations as they are now.
And allow yourself.
To really feel this sensation.
Don't try to get away from it.
Don't try to push it down.
Don't try to suppress it.
Instead,
Just feel the roar.
Intense sensation of fear in the body.
But begin to neutralize it.
By being very neutral.
In your observation of it It's alright.
It's okay.
It's alright to just feel this.
And just exploring the physical sensation of fear.
Be curious.
Be interested.
But be impartial.
Have no judgements about this feeling.
Do not analyse it.
Just observe it as it is.
Accept it.
Welcome it.
It's alright.
It will pass.
Just breathe and feel what is happening now in the body.
And because it's such an intense sensation.
This means our attention,
Our awareness can actually find it and stay with it because of its intensity.
And when our attention is there.
It's no longer up in the mind.
So therein we are attending.
To the fear itself.
This attending.
In this neutral calm patient way This will be the relief that you seek.
No longer trying to find it.
Up in the phantoms of the mind.
But by going directly to the root.
The heart of fear.
With a relax.
Open curiosity.
We find that the fear itself is nothing to be afraid of.
It's just another physical sensation like any other.
So all is well.
Thank you.

I hope things improve for you soon I know this is a really difficult practice.
As simple as it is,
I know it's a challenge,
But keep practicing.
Things will change.
