This is a short practice to rapidly redial your awareness back into the serenity of presence, paying extra attention to accepting the areas we ordinarily resist or reject. Opening our ability to accept and say 'Yes' to all elements of experience is a powerful way to relieve tension and stress. This practice can be done periodically throughout the day or as an SOS for when you find yourself in a stressed or anxious state. Please note that this practice is intended for general wellbeing and does not replace professional mental health care.
