Unclench your mind.
Release.
And keep releasing.
.
.
The moment anything appears in your mind.
Let it go.
Thoughts vanish.
As quickly as they appear.
Provided we do not hold on to them.
So just let go.
And worries.
If we jump on thoughts when they appear.
Their agitated mind constricts them.
Constrains them.
Binds them.
Unclench the mind and release thoughts back to their source.
Unclench your mind.
And tension dissolves.
Thoughts will still appear in your awareness.
This is fine.
Let them be.
Just don't get involved.
Leave them alone.
Treat each passing thought as unimportant.
Uninteresting.
Just a visitor passing through.
Nothing to see here.
Unclench your body.
Release the body from service.
It has done enough.
Let all torsion and constriction in the muscles of the body just melt.
The confused,
Tense,
Traumatised mind.
Is like a snake that has coiled itself into a knot.
The more it struggles,
The tighter the binding is.
What if the snake relaxes?
Releases tension.
Allows itself to soften and warm.
A natural process of unbinding begins.
Uncurl Unfurl.
And relax.
The clenched,
Knotted-up mind.
Is filled with urgency,
Immediacy.
Realise that there really is no rush.
There is no hurry.
Because there is no time.
It is only ever now.
So let go of this hurry and rush.
There is nothing to be done.
In this softer,
More open.
Allowing space of awareness,
Just letting things be as they are.
Unclench.
Give some space to all of those situations on the mind.
We feel so responsible.
To solve every problem.
Find the right solution,
Analyse everything intently.
But sometimes the best thing we can do is just step back and let things play out.
All situations have a way of resolving themselves.
Just like the snake tied into a knot.
All of the unsolvable problems in your mind.
Let them too untangle themselves.
Let them be.
All things shall come right in the end.
Nothing to be done.
So do nothing.
And all.
The pain and tension in the mind.
Becomes transparent.
Like a long forgotten memory of a dream of a phantom.
All lost to history.
So too let the phantoms of the mind dissolve.
No analysis no naming.
No categorising.
No storytelling.
No decision making.
These are all the exhausting activity of the fatigue.
Tense mind.
Just stop.
And be at peace in a moment.
We will be leaving the formal aspect of this guided meditation.
But do not be so quick to tighten up and clench up again!
Stay in the unclenched,
Relaxed state and see if this changes your energetic experience of life.
Thank you for doing this meditation with me today.
Take care,
Be well and stay present.
