Let's take a moment to visualize ourselves near a serene body of water. With this visual we can explore all the gratitude we have for the love shared with us throughout our lives, so much of it may feel unrepayable and yet is that the point? Let us make space for the emotions that arise and recenter back to the truth that we are all worth of receiving and therefore sharing this love with each other.

Hello there,

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Allow your body to release any initial tension.

Feel the weight of your body being supported by the ground beneath you.

And take your time adjusting to really feel supported before bringing your awareness back to your breath.

As you do,

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful,

Serene forest.

The air is fresh and filled with the scent of pine and earth.

The sunlight filters through the leaves,

Creating a dappled pattern on the forest floor.

You can hear the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant sound of birds singing.

As you take a step forward into the forest,

Feel the ground beneath your feet,

Solid and supportive.

Each step you take brings you deeper into this peaceful place.

As you walk,

You come across a small,

Clear stream flowing gently through the forest.

The water is cool and refreshing,

Symbolizing the flow of life and the support you receive from others.

Take a moment to sit by the stream.

As you sit,

Reflect on the feelings of gratitude you have for the support and kindness you have received.

You may even notice any feelings of guilt that arise alongside your gratitude.

Acknowledge these feelings without judgment,

Simply observing them.

Imagine dipping your hands into the stream and letting the cool water flow over them.

As you do,

Visualize the stream washing away any guilt you may feel,

Leaving only a sense of deep appreciation and love.

Feel the lightness and clarity that comes with releasing this guilt.

And when you're ready,

Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.

I am grateful for the support and love I receive.

I release any feelings of guilt and embrace the kindness offered to me.

I am worthy of the blessings in my life.

I honor the love and care of others by living fully and paying it forward.

Feel these affirmations resonating within you,

Creating space for genuine gratitude and appreciation.

Imagine the sense of gratitude growing within you,

Radiating outward like the sunlight filtering through the forest canopy,

Touching everything around you with warmth and light.

Take a few more moments to sit by the stream,

Feeling the flow of gratitude and release of guilt.

Know that you can return to this place of peace and reflection whenever you need to.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently open your eyes,

And take a deep breath in.

You have so much love surrounding you and within you.

Embrace this sense of gratitude for this truth and notice the lightness beyond the storms that may come your way.
