Now it's time for our grounding meditation.
We are going to ground using our feet.
So I want you to hover your feet above the ground.
Feel the space between the ground and your feet.
Next,
I want you to touch the ground just with the tips of your toes.
And now I want you to put your heels to meet the ground with your toes.
From your pinky toes to your big toe,
I want you to roll your toes back and forth so you can feel the ground in between your toes.
Notice the texture of the floor.
And next,
I want you to rotate between your toes and your heel back and forth.
And just feel toe to heel,
Toe to heel.
And feel the connection there.
Feel the softness or the firmness of the ground.
You are safe.
And you are secure.
We're going to take three breaths in and exhale three breaths out again.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
