Welcome to today's audio meditation.

This is going to be a three guided breath grounding to feel safe and secure in your body meditation.

So right now wherever you are,

Find that spot to sit down and really connect with the ground.

Whether it's in your favorite room,

By the window in your home,

Whether it's outdoors in nature,

Or maybe it's on the go in the middle of a break from your day job.

Find that space where you can tune in completely and be able to listen to my voice in the prompts today.

Once you find that space,

I now want you to sit cross legged if you're able,

Or you can sit in a comfortable way that's best for you and your body today.

Once seated,

I want you to really sink down into the ground.

You can even shift your weight from one side to the other side of your seat and really just firmly go deeper into the ground.

Another way of feeling connection is to place both your hands on either side of you and feel the ground with your right and left hand.

What texture is it?

Is the ground firm?

Is it soft?

Is it a mix between the two?

Really just hone in to feeling those senses.

Now,

I do want you to close your eyes if you're able to and in a spot where you can.

Take your right hand and put it over your heart.

Take your left hand and put it on your belly.

Doing this will help you feel both safety,

Security,

As well as compassion for yourself.

Continue to breathe normally,

Just in and out as you would do.

Before we go into the three breaths in and out,

I'm going to give you some instruction on what to do and what to expect.

Continue to close your eyes right now as you're listening to my voice and just feel the connection between your hands and your body and focus on breathing normally.

When we go into our breath meditation,

When you breathe a big breath in,

You're going to breathe in all that has happened today,

All that has been going through your mind,

And all that you might be feeling in your body.

You're going to hold space for that.

And then as you breathe out,

You are going to let it go and let it be what it is.

So again,

We are going to breathe in soon.

And as we breathe out,

Let go.

We're going to start doing the breathing exercise now.

So breath one in.

Make sure to breathe all the way from your diaphragm,

Fill that belly filling up.

Everything that you feel and have been through,

Hold space and then let it go.

You are safe here.

So breath two.

And out.

You are safe here.

Breath three.

And out.

You are safe here.

Now I want you to take your hands and just let them slide right next to your body.

Even shake them out because you've been giving yourself a big hug of safety and security.

Shake them out and then just let them drop next to your side or you can have them be at your knees if you are sitting cross legged and have an open palm up.

So the back of your palm is on your knees and your palm is open up to the ceiling or sky.

And you're just going to breathe regular now as you listen to my voice.

I'm going to give you three affirmations.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are worthy and needed as you have been,

As you are,

And as you will be.

This has been the guided breath and grounding meditation.

Thank you so much for listening.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
