Welcome to your audio meditation for clarity and calm.

Find a space that feels safe and comforting today.

Find a good spot to sit down,

Lay down,

Really be in whatever position feels right today.

And as you get situated,

I want you to take a breath in and a breath out and feel your shoulders drop a little bit lower,

Letting any stress,

Letting any worry go.

And now put your hand over your heart.

Feel the connection between your hand and heart.

Doing this helps to release chemicals within the brain that will help you accept your own compassion today and also accept safety and security.

Next,

We're going to do three breaths in and three breaths out.

Every time that we do a breath in,

Feel any worries or concerns melt away and feel your shoulders drop into more comfort.

Here we are.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Last time.

Breath in.

Breath out.

And now you can let your hand drop to your side.

I want you to feel how clear your mind feels.

Close your eyes and just picture nothing right now.

Just you and your breath and your heart.

I want to affirm you that you are a good person.

I want to affirm that you are worthy and enough.

The world needs you as you are.

The world needs more empathetic,

Caring people just like you.

I want you to now picture something that happened today or this week that was very peaceful.

Picture that moment.

Picture that thing.

Or even picture that word.

Something peaceful that happened today or this week.

When you have that in your mind,

And you go from this meditation,

If you start to feel an overwhelm or a busy feeling,

Take yourself back to that moment you just thought about of calm,

Of peace.

It will be a way to center yourself in the moment when things don't seem so calm or peaceful.

Also,

Think about what is best for you today or this week.

What is best for you in work,

At home,

And for your self-care?

Centering on what is best for you will help you get clarity of what you need in that moment,

In that day,

In that week.

To end this meditation,

I want you to bring your hand back again to your heart and feel that connection.

And if you want extra calm and security today,

Bring that other hand over top of your hand and just feel both of them together on your chest.

We're going to do three breaths again to end.

So,

Breath one.

Breath two.

Breath three.

This has been your audio meditation.

I wish you the best day today.
