We're going to do some breathing exercises.
And breathe in and out.

And now you breathe in and out a few more times while listening to my voice.
Breathe in all that's going on and breathe out any stress,
Any worry.
This is your time to just be and let things go.
So one more time,

Now we're going to take one of your hands and put that over your heart.
You can rest your other hand anywhere and feel the connection between your heart and your hand.
Doing this helps release chemicals within the brain to fully accept affirmation and love today.
Release your hand that's on your heart down.
Now I want you to think of one affirmation that either you've said to yourself or others have said to you that has impacted you fully.
Centralize on that affirmation and visualize it in your mind.
That affirmation is truth.
That affirmation you deserve to hear and to let soak in to your thoughts and actions today and always.
Now especially is a time where taking care of yourself mentally is of high importance.
Taking that time and care for yourself each day is something that you deserve to give to yourself.
Next,
I'm going to say a few affirmations.
And during that time,
I want you to listen and fully let them sink in.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
It's okay not to be okay.
For this next part,
I'd like you to repeat the affirmations with me as I state them.
