The new moon in Leo reminds us of the power within, To embrace our inner lion. To lead with authenticity. To pursue our passions with courage. To be the same person out in the world. As we are, When no one is watching. So tonight we begin here. By closing down the eyes. And taking a collective deep breath in through the nose. Exhaling through the mouth. As you feel your senses relax. Sinking a little deeper into relaxation. Inhaling deeply. Holding the breath at the top. And release. Breathing in. Breathing out. Your breath finds a gentle natural rhythm of its own now. Whatever feels right for you. As you notice. How purposeful breathing can be. When we think of the lion. We envision strength. Majesty. And a presence that demands attention. The lion stands as a symbol of courage and leadership in the animal kingdom. And during a Leo new moon. Our confidence can mirror these qualities in our own lives. Our self-assurance is not about being the loudest or most aggressive. But about embodying a quiet strength that commands attention. The lion does not need to roar to assert dominance. To be noticed. It lies in their presence. In their inner being. Take a deep breath in here. And exhale.
