This meditation today is going to be incredibly simple and we're going to get right to it.
Today we release the pressure of needing to know how.
Today the only thing we focus on is being open to anything in our highest good.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
So we begin here,
By closing down your eyes and settling into the space,
Wherever you are.
Taking a moment to connect with the breath,
Feeling thoughts and emotions flow in and out,
Just like the air you breathe.
With every exhale,
Focus on releasing a little deeper still.
Today we release the pressure within,
Of needing to know how,
It's all going to work.
So collectively we take a deep breath in here,
And release.
As you purposefully pause in the stillness,
We focus on releasing the pressure of always needing to know what to do next.
You see there isn't enough room in your mind for both worry and faith.
You must decide which one will live there.
Today we welcome in faith.
We breathe in here.
And exhale.
As you re-center your mind and your heart,
I invite you to ask out loud,
In your own powerful voice,
What would be the perfect thing for me and what I need?
Take a deep breath in,
And let it all go.
Answers come when we are ready.
So if nothing came forward for you here,
That's perfectly okay.
We pause again,
To make peace,
With not having to know every little detail,
For it to all turn out okay.
We breathe in,
And release.
In moments of stillness,
Ask over and over,
What would be the perfect thing for me and what I need?
Keep your mind and your eyes open for the clues,
Signs,
And little miracles everywhere.
We finish this practice as I invite you once again,
To repeat something after me.
I'll know exactly what to do,
When it's time to do it.
We take your deepest breath of the day here.
And exhale.
As you begin to welcome a relaxed mind into a peaceful body,
A body surrounded by signs and little miracles everywhere.
Then once you feel ready,
Open your eyes and come back to the space surrounding you.
