The quickest way to ensure a manifestation never comes true is to want it from a place of desperation and not inspiration.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
On a night like tonight,
When the moon's luminescent glow is temporarily obscured,
A lunar eclipse is like a velvet curtain being drawn across her illuminated face.
Because even the moon understands that it takes moments of unexpected darkness to try to even see things in a different way.
So we begin this practice here by closing down your eyes as you center your mind and your heart with three deep and slow breath cycles,
Taking a deep breath in here,
Holding at the top,
And release.
Breathing deeper,
Feeling the intensity of expansion in your belly,
And release,
Remaining empty for just a moment as you pause,
And inhale once again,
Exhaling slowly as you let the body soften and center.
Your heartbeat is steady.
Your mind is open.
Take a moment here to notice the natural rhythm of the body breathing.
The body doesn't gasp desperately to take its next breath.
Breathing is effortless.
There is an internal knowing that the oxygen you need is already there,
Waiting for you whenever you are ready.
The lunar eclipse serves as a powerful catalyst for manifestation.
When we set our intentions and move toward our goals from a place of inspiration,
We create from a deeper inner knowing within our souls.
It feels as if our longings and wishes are beckoning us,
Meant to be ours,
That they want us back,
Rather than something we must desperately chase after because we should or because we have to.
The elements that inspire you in life act like keys to locked doors,
With each door leading to a result,
A manifestation.
In your soul,
It's the ultimate conduit,
The keeper of the keys that unlock these doors.
Manifesting requires embracing the natural pull of your desires,
Instead of forcing yourself toward them out of pure desperation.
When you allow your dreams to guide you,
You align with the universe's flow,
Revealing a harmonious path.
There is a sense of peace and fulfillment in living this way,
In letting your desires find you.
So,
With your eyes still gently closed,
Take a moment to reflect.
What do you truly desire in your life,
Not out of necessity,
But because it ignites your passion?
And how can you be led by joy,
Rather than by fear or obligation?
Taking a deep breath in here,
Holding at the top,
And release.
I hope you take these questions into your heart tonight,
Letting them resonate deeply as you breathe in the energy of the lunar eclipse,
Picturing your dreams as luminous stars in a darkened night sky.
The absence of light invites introspection.
It's through the contrast of light and dark,
That we are reminded that dark times carry the possibilities.
For even the moon knows that it takes moments of unexpected darkness to help us see things in a different way.
Take one last deep breath in,
And a gentle exhale out.
While the moon may be veiled in darkness,
Tonight she has illuminated a path forward for you.
You hold the power to manifest all of your dreams,
One moment of inspiration at a time,
Beginning to bring awareness back into your body,
As you remember where you were just before we began.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
