None of us know what we are doing.

Uncertainty is a consistent piece of this life.

And it's ever present no matter how hard you work to instill control over the uncontrollable.

If you came here today,

Hoping to finally figure out what the purpose of your life is,

This one's for you.

Welcome to Coached by Nikkie Dyer.

Find a comfortable position where you can be relaxed and alert.

Close your eyes and check in with the sensations in your body.

Start to feel the rhythm of your natural breath as it flows through you.

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your belly with your breath.

Warm temperature of the air on your face.

Releasing any tension in your shoulders.

Feeling how your heart rate has already slowed.

And noticing the flow of sensations.

Wherever your attention lands,

Take a few moments to see if you can release any tensions you may be feeling inside your body.

Much of the time,

We hardly notice the endless stream of thoughts flowing through our minds.

Trouble with that is that not all of our thoughts are healthy.

Sometimes they can distort the way we see ourselves,

Or other people,

Or the world around us.

We often assume that we need to change what it is we are already doing in order to find our purpose.

In order to figure out what we're doing here.

But one of the easiest ways of finding your purpose is by changing your perspective.

By listening and receiving from your own mind and your own experiences.

There are some things you learn best in calm,

When it is quiet and you are quiet listening.

And some things need to be learned through the storms and the heightened contrast.

I want you to know,

It's okay to feel lost.

It's okay to not know exactly where you are headed next.

To feel like you are starting over again.

It feels scary to reside in a place of so many unknowns.

Where the path ahead is shrouded in uncertainty.

But what if it's also magnificent?

What if you started to embrace the uncertainty of it all and fell in love with the mystery that is your life?

What if the scenarios,

The what ifs,

What if they were limitless and filled with the adventures of your life?

You will truly never know what is just waiting for you around each corner.

And you are not supposed to.

It is your human experience to experience it all.

So what if you allowed yourself to enjoy the periods of in-betweens?

What if you lived for them?

For the ever so brief pause that lives between before and after.

Let go of your expectations and allow yourself to fully experience all of the phases of your life.

For each one is equally important and necessary in their own way.

Your life's purpose is to learn how to live in the in-between.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Remind yourself that you don't have to have it all figured out.

None of us do.

When you are ready,

Take a final deep breath in and open your eyes back to the room around you.
