By closing down your eyes,
As you center your mind and your heart,
By taking a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Feel how the air surrounding you is unlimited.
No visible sign of its existence,
Yet here it is.
Your spirit guides are like the air you breathe,
Becoming aware of the hold gravity has over you,
As your breath continues to flow unaffected,
Freely in,
Freely out.
We shift focus here,
To sensing the divine guidance and support of your angels surrounding you today,
Encouraging you to have faith in the path that they are laying before you.
An energy portal attracts things with an invisible force.
All of the energies surrounding you are urging you,
Today.
To focus your thoughts and intentions on what it is you truly desire.
To embrace the power of positive thinking,
And to have the courage to move toward it.
So I invite you here,
To place one hand on your chest,
And one on your belly.
Begin to feel the warmth that forms there,
Under the gentle pressure of two hands resting.
Experiencing the way it becomes more apparent,
The more you draw your attention to it.
Experiencing the gentle rhythm of your heart beating in your chest.
Feel how the air is infused with life,
As your belly rises and falls.
The 11-11 portal is designed to see our realities as they truly are.
Your guides are reminding you that this is intentional.

And it's all for your highest good.
So I encourage you to not rush by them,
But to lean in.
Everything must first become visible,
In order for us to see it.
It is when we quiet the noise,
We receive powerful messages and insights,
In the form of thoughts,
