Thank you for joining me in today's meditation.

I'd like you to find a comfortable spot on the floor or in a chair.

You can lie down or take a seat with your hands gently placed on your knees.

I'd like you to close your eyes and just observe your breathing.

Be aware of how your chest rises and falls with every inhale and exhale.

Sit with this breathing and focus on the natural rhythm.

Many people feel meditation is something difficult,

A skill they do not have.

Yet I'm here to tell you that meditative state lies within all of us.

Breathe.

I'm going to give you a quick exercise that you can do anytime,

Anywhere to bring yourself to that meditative state.

I'm going to count to three and I want you to silently count with me.

Now before we get to three I want you to hold your mind's eye in the gap,

The void between the number two and the number three.

One.

Two.

Hold that void.

Keep your awareness right here in the infinite space between two and three.

This is the meditative state.

Breathe.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel the energy within every cell.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Gently blink your eyes and when you're ready open your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out the mouth.

Thank you for joining me in this quick lesson on meditation.

One that you can perform anywhere.

One of the best by far. I haven’t mediated in a long time & this meditation helped me get straight back to that meditative state which I’ve always struggled with & in such a short space of time. This gives me a lot more of the motivation that I’ve needed & for this I Thank You🙏🏼
