Welcome to your meditation.

I'd like you to take a seat in a chair or on the couch or lie down on the ground in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and simply observe your breathing.

Watch as your chest rises and falls.

Feel the sensation of air passing through your nose and as you exhale flowing out above your upper lip.

Breathe and relax.

Let go of all the tension and be here in this moment.

A moment you've taken for yourself that you deserve.

Today I would like to share a philosophy with you on keeping it simple and sacred.

All of your life experience flows through you.

It does not happen to you.

It moves through you as you are a part of the universe.

The divine.

We have been taught that intelligence is taking the simple and making it complex.

Breaking it further and further down to a place of a million parts.

In that process we have lost the whole picture.

We have released the sacred nature of the universe.

Our goal,

Our focus is actually the opposite.

To take the complex and reduce it to its simplest form.

One of elegance.

One of grace.

There's elegance and simplicity.

The simple nature of breathing which fuels our entire body.

Breathes life into the world around us.

Is all constructed in elegance.

There is elegance and simplicity.

You must take this notion with you and everything you experience in life.

For it belongs to no one else.

It is uniquely yours.

This simple philosophy is manifest in four steps.

With anything that arises in life,

Your first step is to research your own experience.

How did you feel?

What did you like?

What did you dislike?

Did it serve your purpose?

Did it bring you love and light?

Does it enhance your vibrations and your energy?

Once you have researched your own experience,

Move into step two.

By eliminating that which is useless.

What did not serve you during that experience?

What doesn't vibe well with you?

What is useless?

What can you let go of?

In that identification in step two,

You automatically move into step three.

What is useful?

What portion or aspect of that experience served a purpose?

How did it fill you with love and light?

What component enhanced your being?

Now you take the answers of those first three steps and you move into your final step.

Step four,

Take all of that information that is divinely guided from your higher self and curate the experience you desire.

The approach that works for you,

That is uniquely yours and no one else's.

There's no need to follow the path of anyone.

This is your journey.

Experience it.

Research that experience.

Let go of what's useless.

Keep what's useful and recreate it for yourself.

In that moment you will find the cyclical nature of life always coming back around the simplicity and elegance of the circle.

Breathe.

So remember it's your choice.

It's your life.

It's your journey.

There's elegance and simplicity.

It's time for you to walk that path.

Much love.

It's a very useful process to research own experiences and feelings. I need some more practice with it. Thank you for this advice on how to make this journey more authentic and complete. Namaste!
