Find a comfortable seated position and lengthen your spine.
Allow your breath to begin waking up the body,
Inviting fresh energy into your day.
Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale fully through the mouth.
Again inhale fresh energy,
Exhale heaviness.
One more time,
Breathing in possibility and breathing out stagnation.
Begin breathing slightly deeper through the nose.
Inhale fully,
Exhale fully.
Feel the chest expand.
Feel the body awaken.
Now we'll begin an energizing rhythm.
Begin.
Inhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Steady,
Strong,
Smooth.
With every inhale,
Invite in motivation,
Clarity,
Confidence.
And with every exhale,
Release fatigue and mental fog.
Imagine golden morning light filling your body with energy.
You are awake.
You are alive.
You are ready for this day.
Now gently deepen the inhale.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Again,
Let the breath become expansive and refreshing.
As you breathe,
Imagine your mind becoming clear and focused.
Like clouds parting in the sky.
Repeat silently.
I am grounded.
I am energized.
I am focused.
I am clear.
Feel your inner energy rising naturally.
Not rushed.
Not forced.
But balanced and alive.
Returning to a natural breath.
Notice sensations in your body.
