Welcome,
Love.
This is your time to slow down,
To soften,
And to release the weight of the day.
Find a comfortable position,
Laying down or seated with support.
Let your hands rest gently and allow your eyes to close.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through the mouth,
Like a soft sigh.
Again,
Inhale,
Let the breath rise through your chest,
And exhale,
Melting tension down the body.
Feel your body supported beneath you.
Now,
There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just you and your breath.
Now begin a gentle rhythm called the six-four breath.
Inhale through the nose for four counts,
Exhale through the mouth for six counts.
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Let the exhale be long and smooth,
Washing away any remaining stress or noise in the mind.
With each breath,
Feel your body softening,
Your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your belly releasing.
Imagine the exhale as a gentle wave that carries away the energy of the day,
Returning you to peace.
Continue breathing like this,
Softly,
Peacefully,
For a few more rounds.
Now let your breath return to a natural flow.
Notice the quiet within you,
The stillness beneath the thoughts.
Whisper gently,
I have done enough.
I am enough.
I allow myself to rest.
Take one last deep inhale through the nose,
And a long,
Complete exhale through the mouth.
Let yourself drift into stillness,
Your breath steady,
Your body light,
Your mind calm.
Thank you for sharing this quiet moment with me.
May your evening be peaceful,
Your dreams gentle,
And your heart at ease.
