Feeling your body,

Not from another person,

But from within.

Secure love begins internally.

Visualize yourself in a future relationship.

Notice how your body feels,

Calm,

Grounded,

Respected,

There is no anxiety here,

No chasing,

No convincing,

Only mutual choosing.

Repeat silently,

I am worthy of secure love.

I no longer accept less than reciprocity.

I attract relationships aligned with my growth.

Now imagine sending this intention into the universe.

Not from desperation,
