Welcome to this manifestation meditation.

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly,

Releasing all tension.

Allow your body to relax,

Your mind to settle and your heart to open.

Bring to mind one clear intention,

Something you wish to manifest in your life.

It could be a specific goal,

An experience or an emotion you want to cultivate.

See it clearly in your mind's eye,

As if it is already happening.

Feel the certainty of this desire as though it has already come to you.

Fully immerse yourself in the reality of having already received your manifestation.

Imagine where you are,

What you see,

What sounds surround you.

Feel the joy,

Gratitude and excitement in your heart as if it is happening now.

Let this vision become more vivid with every feeling of receiving your desire.

Notice where in your body you feel the sensation of abundance and allow it to grow.

With each inhale,

Let this energy expand,

Filling your entire being and silently repeat,

I am worthy,

I am a light.

With your intention set and energy released to the universe,

Trust that what you desire is already on its way to you.

Let go of any doubt or worry,

Knowing that you are supported.

Silently repeat,

I trust the process and to feel gratitude as if your manifestation has already arrived.

Feel this gratitude deeply in your heart.

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Grounding yourself in this moment.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Feeling calm,

Confident and ready to receive.
