Hello,
Welcome to this Back on Track Challenge,
Second day.
I'm so happy that you're here.
This is day two,
And it's all about uncovering the five layers of the Big S self so that you can really answer all those soul deep questions to help you look at self care from the perspective of your whole self.
You'll get to tune into what blocks your flow,
What takes you off track when you're starting your day on the right foot,
But you ended kind of feeling out of balance.
Let's first recap the first day.
So day one is all,
Was all about the happiness and the health guide.
We looked at the 15 steps that come from the yogic lifestyle.
That was to give you kind of an idea of how can it be when you have this routine that is anchored in the roots of yoga,
The roots of the connection to the moment,
Connection to the body,
Like the optimal health of one of the traditions in the entire world.
There are so many different ways to go about creating your morning routine.
And we explored how you get to tune in to if this feels even natural.
Good for you,
Or if it doesn't.
And something that I did say yesterday is one,
I'm not a doctor,
So this is not like a,
These things are based on my own experience,
Based on my learnings and how I lived in Nepal and lived according to this yogic lifestyle as well.
And when I came back from it,
I figured it was too rigid for me,
So I switched it up.
So I want you to be able to go,
Okay,
This,
This feels right.
This doesn't feel right.
And so I'm not a doctor and I am my own boss of my body,
Just like you are your own boss of your own body as human beings.
As the human ego mind,
Part of the being that we are,
That's the part of us that makes meaning.
That's the part of us that will say,
This is right.
This is wrong.
This is what I should do.
This is what I shouldn't do.
The mind will say,
Will attach labels and the mind will be very strong in saying this works,
This doesn't.
So I'm inviting you to be mindful of where your mind is taking you whenever you look at,
Oh,
I should do an intention setting practice every day,
Or I should do a gratitude practice,
Or I need to go move with 10,
000 steps every day,
Because that's the right thing to do.
Who says?
Maybe the doctor who learned and studied.
Yeah,
That is one study.
That is one acquired knowledge.
And the other type of knowledge,
The other type of real meaning is the one of our connection with this divine positive energy source,
The universe,
God,
Use the word that resonates with you.
I've been playing between positive energy source and God.
It's not in a religious way.
It's that the being that we are is in way more than just one layer.
And because we are more than one layer,
Imagine it as pancakes.
Okay.
Imagine there's five layers of pancakes,
Big pancakes with a lot of syrup and you pour the syrup over it.
Oh,
I love,
I love maple syrup.
I could probably drink it.
Okay.
The top pancake,
The one that gets the most syrup at first is the body,
The physical body that you can touch the second layer.
And the one that you feed,
The one that you work out,
That you exercise,
The one that the doctor has studied for,
Right?
It's the physical body.
Oh,
There's four more layers underneath there.
There's the mind,
All the flutters of the mind,
All of the thought patterns,
All the patterns,
The mind is equally important than the body.
So body will be the first layer.
Mind is the second.
So you can make it as yummy as you want in your mind.
So body is the first layer,
The top pancake,
The second pancake is the mind.
So all these thoughts that had you up until now say,
I can't stick to this morning routine.
I can't get up early.
I am not,
I don't believe that I can follow through because I'm not doing everything.
Everyone said I need to and should do.
This was acquired knowledge that based on evidence of the past,
Humans make it their own meaning.
And then the mind starts going every which way.
And then we forget that we actually have power and that we are co-creators with this positive energy source.
I will continue explaining.
So first layer of the self body,
Second layer of the self,
Second pancake,
Mind,
Third emotions,
Emotions,
Whether you feel like you're a rock,
A volcano,
A wave,
Or a river when it comes to emotions.
If you go to,
If you listen to the Be Happy Now show,
There is an episode that I talk about the emotional archetypes.
You could play that little game if you want.
There,
With whatever archetype you are,
When it comes to emotions,
That's also present.
And often what happens is that emotions get lodged in the body as tension,
As pain,
As headaches,
As stagnant energy.
So imagine if we only listen to the acquired knowledge of a physical body doctor,
For example,
That all that they said,
You have to walk 10,
000 steps.
I'm just using this as an example.
Okay.
I haven't really had a doctor tell me this,
But I feel like it's in everyone's thoughts that we need to do that.
So that cares for the top layer of the body.
What about the mind?
What about the emotions that actually has you unable to walk because your body is pain is filled with pain here together.
I'm inviting you to just dig a little bit deeper and go,
Oh,
It's true.
I don't have to do it just this one way.
Like everyone else says a morning routine,
A daily routine,
A health routine can look any way that you want it to,
Depending on what feels good and what's important to you.
So we're actually going to do that today because to not get knocked off track,
You get to have like an energy focus or an experience that you want,
Or a desire of how you want to feel.
That will be our anchor.
That's what we're going to,
One of the things that we'll focus on today.
Okay.
The fourth layer,
I like to call it energy.
Okay.
Energy in terms of the energy bubble around you.
You know how,
When you feel heart palpitations rise in your body or heat or sweat or discomfort,
Because you feel the need to say yes to something that actually you want to say no.
Yeah.
That is the inner body indicator,
That heat,
That sweat,
That heart palpitation that you get to tune into and the boundary that you're crossing by saying yes,
Instead of no,
That is energy draining.
So the energy of what uplifts you or drains you is the fourth layer here.
The energy of the people around you,
The energy of your protection,
The energy of your alignment with purpose,
With focus,
With drive,
The energy of that,
What you emanate and what you attract.
It's like the breath of open and closing,
Breathing in and out,
The receiving and the giving.
Imagine just there how powerful your life can be when now a morning routine or a health routine,
Or whatever your desire or focus or experience is going to be about today,
If it's already beyond the body,
You're already imagining an experience that is not only physically healthy,
But mentally healthy,
Emotionally healthy,
Energetically healthy.
And then the last layer is the soul.
The soul is this part of you that knows,
The soul is that part of you who speaks to you in many ways,
Just like the heart palpitations before you're about to say yes to something you actually want to say no to.
That is your soul.
That's your intuition speaking to you through your body.
The soul is this energy of being,
Instead of a human doing,
You are a human being.
So the soul is that what holds everything together.
And if we use the pancake analogy,
When you cut through the pancakes,
Actually the bottom one is the juiciest one because the syrup went and soaked up in the plate and it's there.
So in order to cut through to the juiciest part,
The one that offers you flow,
The one that offers you ease,
The one that offers you clarity,
Focus,
True knowing of belonging,
Of security,
Of safety,
That soul,
It's to cut through all the layers.
When I'm talking about the fourth layer of the energy layer,
I'm really talking about how the body has an energy,
The mind has an energy,
The emotions have energy,
And the way you set boundaries has energy,
The way you show up in the world with all the other layers,
The way you're embodying who you are has an energy.
And the energy is a little bit like,
It's like a pendulum that when we have thoughts about judgment towards ourselves,
Thoughts that disconnect us from the loving soul,
Self,
That we are,
Maybe the pendulum goes this way.
And when we are more connected and aligned with what feels good to us,
Like I'm going to say yes to coming on this call because it feels nurturing.
So maybe the pendulum of the energy goes the other way.
So I would feel,
My interpretation of this is that the energy is either connected or disconnected from the truth of who you are.
So if physically,
I'm going to give an example of eating chips on the couch,
Watching Netflix.
Okay.
I love to do that.
And I also get to not feel guilty about it when I do do it.
So if my energy of eating chips,
Watching Netflix,
Whenever,
How many times I do it,
If my energy is in the pendulum of I'm feeling guilty,
I'm feeling bad,
I should be doing these other things,
This is wrong of me.
This is where my energy is.
Instead of being fully in honor of actually,
I feel damn good watching Netflix and eating chips because that's what my body wants right now.
That's what feels in alignment right now.
No guilt,
Other side of the energy pendulum.
So the soul,
To just end perhaps,
Continue in the distinction,
The soul is where there is no worry.
There is no pendulum.
It's only connection.
The soul self is almost the voice of the heart.
You could see it that way.
To me,
When we are accessing the soul self,
It's like we're doing this in our chair and sighing out because there's no worry.
There's no doubt.
There's no fear.
Love is what guides us.
Inner knowing of this soul safety is what guides us.
There is no worry.
Abundance is everywhere.
So when we access the soul self,
We are happy.
We know exactly what to do.
We believe in ourselves because we are guided by the bigger force that is not just connected to the physical body,
Mind,
Emotions,
And even energy layer of the connection or disconnection like this,
That the human can always kind of be in this,
Am I doing the right thing?
Am I not doing the right thing?
No,
In the soul layer,
There's no judgment.
There's one of my clients who sometimes she's funny.
She will come into a session and then I will ask a question and then she will say,
Is that what you were looking for?
Is this the right thing to do?
Is this the wrong thing to do?
And it's just curious that a lot of us are seeking that validation and the reassurance that we're on the right track based on someone else's track.
So this isn't about making the way you've been doing life wrong.
This is about going,
Oh,
Cool.
There are more options.
There are more ways to get curious.
There are more opportunities to tune in with the tune in method that I created.
We go through these five layers in a way that has you create routines and ways to tune in and connect to who you are in a way that's so natural to you.
Nobody has the same body as you.
Nobody has the same mind,
The same emotions,
The same energy,
The same soul.
No,
You are so unique that you get to decide if you want to access this,
If you want to dive into it.
I have three questions for you.
The first question is up until now,
What has made it difficult for you to stick to a regular self-care or spiritual wellness practice?
What has made it difficult for you to stick to a regular self-care spiritual wellness practice?
We're not necessarily yet answering this question from the core soul self.
We're answering this as the up until now,
Up until this new knowledge that I have,
This new knowing.
What was hard?
One of the answers that I got from another peer,
What's made it difficult is a lack of focus.
Is a lack of focus,
Lack of direction,
Like not knowing like what you even want,
Any specifics of the direction,
Lack of energy,
Lack of motivation,
Preferring the snooze button,
Not seeing or noticing any significant results or shifts.
What I also see in a lot of my clients is the need for an urgent right now result.
And hear me when I say this results do not happen in disbelief or doubt.
Results do not happen in disbelief or doubt.
So if you were holding on to a practice that was given to you by someone else,
If you were holding on or practicing something that you thought you had to do,
There is no true belief.
It's not coming from that core,
From that soul intuition heart place.
It's coming from the surface,
That top pancake kind of.
It's not wrong.
We're just now the power in moving forward here is to decide to make a powerful decision and go,
Is this working for me?
Is this not working for me?
Do I want to,
Do I want to believe that it's difficult to stick to something?
Do I want to believe that it is.
Unaccessible for me to be happy and healthy and be positive and make changes,
Or am I deciding that it's possible for me?
There's a difference between thinking,
Oh,
It's totally possible to have a healthy,
Happy life and be joyful and have energy and focus and clarity.
Oh,
But not for me.
No,
It's not possible for me.
And there is nothing wrong with not being ready.
There is nothing wrong with not being ready.
You know,
From your soul self,
That core,
It rises all the way up to the body layer,
Probably as a feeling of tingling or,
Or just a heart rate raise in the sense of you might have this knowing that you're ready to access all these layers.
You might know that you're,
That you are ready to believe in yourself,
That you're ready to make a change.
And only when you believe that's when results can start happening.
And I'm going to give you a quick example.
The,
There was one of a client of mine that she did one action that had ripple effects.
The action was,
I'm ready to get back on track.
From the moment she said,
Yes,
I'm ready to get back on track.
She started making decisions based on that belief from that decision.
I'm,
I'm ready.
I'm getting back on track.
Not I want to get back on track.
I'm ready.
I am getting back on track.
This is my decision.
The opportunities that came to her,
The openings that came to her from a personal relationship place,
From a financial place,
From a vacation place,
From a wellbeing place,
From an enhanced mood place.
It's not about moving from,
I'm deciding to get to,
I'm getting back on track to like,
I already have my purpose right now.
We're not saying that it's that jump right away.
It's the energy shift of the pendulum.
Instead of being like,
This is never going to happen.
It's like,
I actually believe it's happening.
So with that energy of the pendulum being more towards the connection of the energy and the connection of the soul,
The connection of the worthiness that you are,
The mood changes,
The doors open.
It feels easier.
It feels more flowy.
It feels less restrictive,
Less overwhelming,
Less draining.
There's a better eye opening.
She,
To give a specific example,
She stopped,
She was drinking a lot of alcohol and smoking a lot of weed,
And she was able to find the energy and the willingness inside of her to stop that in an easy way.
It wasn't like cold turkey or a hard,
It just happened because of one decision she made.
So it's very powerful what a decision can do.
It's like shifting from the pendulum to the other side.
When you look at what's made it difficult for you to stick to a regular self-care practice or spirituality connection,
Now that you know the five layers of the self,
Now that you know that you are more than what you thought you were,
Or you're just remembering it because it was always there.
What do you see your relationship with your self-care practice to be like?
With the knowing of the five layers of the self,
What do you see your relationship with your self-care practice to be like?
You could also answer this question by tuning into,
Okay,
Before now,
I was operating at the body layer in regards to my self-care routine.
Or maybe I was operating probably in the body and maybe the emotional layer of my self-care when I was thinking about my self-care routine and what's important to me.
Maybe I was only living in these layers and maybe now you want it to be different.
How do you want it to be different?
What usually knocks you off track?
Let's say you start your day on the quote unquote right foot and you're thinking to yourself,
This is about to be a great day.
And it is until this one thing knocks you off track.
What is it?
Is it a colleague?
Is it someone in your environment?
Is it emotions?
Is it a thought?
Is it an external circumstance?
What usually knocks you off track?
Look at your list and notice,
Are these things that knock me off track coming from outside of me or are they coming from inside of me?
External circumstances could be the weather.
External circumstances could be colleagues,
Could be time,
Could be past experiences,
Which could also bring us to internal knockoffs like using the past experiences and making it mean something about our capacity to move forward,
To believe in ourselves.
Something someone said to us in the past about our inability to be successful or to have a life that others have,
Happy,
Joyful.
Maybe there's an inner discourse that's like negative self-talk,
That inner mean person,
That inner mean voice,
What is the voice saying about waking up,
About having a great day?
What is the voice saying?
There's another example I wanted to share with you about internal knockoffs,
Like not wanting to get out of bed when the alarm goes off,
Like just hitting the snooze and being tired and having the negative self-talk start right there and then in the morning,
Already doubting or hearing like what hasn't been done from yesterday or what needs to be done today.
And what she's sharing is that usually negative self-talk is the focus instead of the what could go right or the positive self-talk.
And then not reaching daily goals like,
I didn't do enough yesterday,
What am I going to do today?
Knowing that this comes from internal meaning we've put to things,
Internal discourse,
And you were saying that you can choose whether you want those things to consume you or not.
You don't have to react from their spaces,
From other people's energy.
And I would love for you to write that word with colors on your page.
It's two words.
Inner power.
Inner power.
Okay.
Your power.
Your inner power.
Okay,
Your power.
When we let the negative self-talk take over,
When we let other people's energies come in and take over,
We give those thoughts,
Those situations,
Those people,
Our power.
And what we're doing by accessing,
Going to the,
You know,
Cutting down to the last juicy layer of the pancake,
What we're doing is that we're actually saying,
No,
I want to respond from this place of the soul that is so loving,
That doesn't feel attacked or threatened,
That doesn't feel afraid because that soul self of you is safe,
Is loved.
And from that place,
There is no threat.
Other people's energies,
They get to be who they are.
So that happens when we choose,
That's a decision as well.
We choose to go,
Hey,
Wait a minute.
I'm going to keep my power.
That thought can be there.
Giving away power to thoughts would be like,
Oh,
No,
I shouldn't have thought that.
And I should really be thinking of something else.
Overthinking,
How should I do this?
It's not working out.
How should I do this?
Giving power away to external circumstances and internal circumstances,
Being frustrated because the other person is frustrated,
That's giving power away.
So we're going to imagine right now that you're a magnet.
Okay.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Imagine that you are a beautiful magnet.
Even if a magnet usually is just bland,
Imagine that it has whatever glitter or colors that you want.
And with that magnet,
All you get to do is turn on a button.
You turn on a switch from off to on.
When you're ready,
Imagine this.
You turn the switch of the magnet on.
And from that place,
All the fragments and the pieces of the energy that you've left somewhere else on other people,
Your power in the decisions you've made just to please someone else,
In the inner circumstances of the lack of belief that you would have probably given to someone who judged you in the past,
Anywhere that the fragments of your energy and inner power,
Anywhere they are,
Wherever they are,
Imagine that your magnet is bringing all of them back to you.
Breathe,
Relax your body.
And even if you are thinking,
But where exactly is that?
It's okay.
You don't need to know exactly where your soul self knows where to take your power back.
Breathe in through the nose,
Out through the mouth and open the eyes.
I don't know about you,
But I just feel a little bit more whole.
So when we're looking at being knocked off track during the day,
What would happen if we kept our inner power?
I'm going to ask you this question directly.
What would happen if you decided to keep your inner power within?
Wow,

In flow and in sync with that higher self,
That beautiful soul self of yours.
