What Every Empath Should Know

Are you an empath? there are many kinds of empaths. I have found that the more sensitive you are, the more you can be influenced by the energy frequencies around you. There are some imporant things you should know that can help protect you from negative energy. I include some useful thoughts and a meditatation

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I want to talk about a subject that I think is very important.

Especially if you are an empath.

An empath is someone who feels very sensitively what's going on around them.

It's wonderful to be empathetic and to feel compassion for other people and what they're going through.

However,

When you're an empath you also are very,

Very sensitive to all kinds of energy that may be happening around you that you may not even be aware of.

And you can even be sensitive to traffic,

To noise,

You can be hypersensitive to watching movies.

And what's happening,

I really truly believe what's going on in our world now is more and more people are meditating.

More people are spiritually evolving.

And at the same time as we evolve we become more sensitive and more finely attuned to more frequencies and energy.

This is a good thing.

It's good that we can be attuned to higher frequencies and energies.

And when we are we can raise our own frequencies and energies and we can also bring that energy and frequency down to share with other people.

And that's a wonderful gift.

However,

With that gift you have to really learn how to filter out the bad stuff.

Because with the good you also are sensitive to the energies that are not harmonious.

You're sensitive to the energies of the frequencies that can be out of sorts and you can even absorb them and take them on without realizing.

I've been an empath for a long time and I didn't know exactly what was going on.

But as I have been more aware over the last 15 years or so of what's going on,

I can really observe that,

Oh my gosh,

I just took on this whole energy that was from a movie I watched.

And not only did I take it on,

I took it on so much that it went into my subconscious and I dreamt about it maybe for two nights.

And I don't know if that's the way you do it,

But it also can be something if you're in a room where there's other energies and gosh,

Not as much now because of COVID,

But in a big crowd.

I mean,

Certainly at a football game they're happening again.

You can take on a lot of stuff that can be totally overwhelming to you.

It's interesting,

I think the same thing happens with some autistic children and people,

That they're very sensitive to extra noises.

And I think that's also part of this new energy frequency.

Now there's another important part to this I want to discuss,

Which is it's not just us that is becoming more spiritual,

More open to vibrations and frequencies and more sensitive.

On the other side of things,

The world and the cosmos and the frequencies of energies also are intensifying.

Now,

If you think about it for a moment or two,

This makes sense.

We are getting in more energy,

More light.

There's a new dimension we're evolving into.

And with that,

There is definitely more input coming in as well from other beyond this world energy.

I don't want to get too woo-woo or too cosmic,

But there are things speeding up.

There is more intensity and we know about more tech stuff that's going on for sure.

But the thing is,

We can't necessarily see that.

You can hook up machines.

There's ways to actually channel and read frequencies in people's energies.

I'm sure you've seen audio waves,

We've seen brain waves,

We've seen light waves,

We've seen the energy that comes from sunbursts,

You know,

That flare out and can actually throw off communications with satellites.

So let's just take a breath and think about this.

The whole world is made of frequency and energy.

We're made from atoms and energy.

And as you start to be aware more and more of this,

You can get overwhelmed.

So what do you do?

Well,

You know,

You probably already know how to meditate.

And meditation is very,

Very important.

I recommend getting up early before there's lots of interruptions.

I get up at three or four every morning and I meditate for an hour and eight minutes.

And in that time,

You can be still without a lot of outside influences.

I would just say there's many people who do listen to meditations that are audio recordings for meditation.

And that's fine if you pick the ones that you feel are right for your input and frequencies.

There are a lot of people putting out a lot of things and you don't necessarily know their energy level.

And if you're listening especially in meditation to someone whose energy level doesn't work harmonically with yours,

You could also be creating something that doesn't bring you peace but actually is not in harmony with you.

So you have to be aware.

You have to be your own best friend and coach and teacher.

And you can do that by making that inner connection.

And then you can go to that place of stillness inside and really review objectively and quietly what is going on and release anything that isn't of you that you don't like.

And you can do that with breathing.

You can do that with practice and by going to that wonderful place of stillness where you connect with your soul and your objective observer.

That inner coach,

That inner teacher will guide you and you can ask for that guidance.

Not just in meditation but to be present with you when you sense your intent for the day to protect you from negative energy.

I have always since I've been meditating every day since I've been 12 or 13 put a white light around me every time before I meditate.

And I'm doing it even more so now because there is more going on now.

Now I make it about six feet out for me and I make it a protective shell.

And I make it white brilliant white light from above my head six feet around my whole front and back and sides and underneath six feet.

I put a gold protective layer around that.

And believe me,

I trust in that.

It works.

It works for me.

And you should also do it when you're driving and definitely when you're flying.

Definitely when you're flying.

I mean think about flying for hours in a plane with people who are completely stressed out.

I mean you've seen what's been happening in planes.

My gosh.

I did a book called How to Fly with Less Stress and I have it in an Audible book as well so you can listen to it because it's so important when you're flying.

To have your own space protected.

So you can do this you have that power to do this.

And I recommend also doing and I have in my book that I did on that.

The prayer for protection.

And it helps to do that as well.

And it certainly helps.

And I do every morning,

A prayer.

To ask for protection over all of not only myself but my loved ones.

People I care about right and and also,

You know,

For those energies that may not be even embodied disembodied planetary outer planetary energies.

So when you do that that really does help not only that you feel confident that you have some control over what's going on which helps.

And then through the day.

It helps to do a check so make it okay you're meditating in the morning you've got that covered.

Take a few breaths that at lunchtime and just do a quick review,

Are you out of sort is something happened.

Have you picked up some energy that isn't good for you.

You have to scan that energy in your consciousness and then you take just a very simple few breaths you can just simply breathe it out.

Remember that breath sweeps mind and you can just breathe in something and do a whole what I call body wash and a mind wash and just,

I sweep white light around my entire brain and my consciousness and my mind I sweep it in circles.

And I just breathe it out and breathing,

You know clears a lot of that stuff in your mind out.

Now you can also of course do what is done in mindfulness just watch your attention is your shoulders tight are your shoulders tighter your neck is your neck tie,

You should you know just do the scan you know how to do that.

And I highly recommend at night before you go to sleep.

To take time and do a whole energetic body cleansing.

And I do this every night before I go to sleep.

I stand up,

And I just put my hands up straight high above my head parallel.

And I bring energy down and I let the energy circle around me and golden blue spirals around the whole outside of my body washing clear any negative energies,

And just going all the way down below my feet and releasing it out and you do that with a breathing breath in and reaching up high and calling on the highest light and asking for the highest protection and then ask for that energy to come down and swirl around you around your entire body clearing out your auric energy field.

And it feels really good you can feel a shift when that happens.

And I recommend doing just those things the white light around you in the morning and a prayer protection.

Doing a body scan and breath release at noon.

And it evening before you go to sleep at night.

Do an energy bath clearing.

And I would add to that as far as meditation.

Let you have that wonderful connection with yourself.

Let your higher self and your objective observer.

Be your guide if there's something you think that's throwing you off.

Let yourself be told what it is so you can write that down after your energy is it something where you're living is it something where you're working.

Is it something that you're doing is it something that you're reading.

You have to be the protector of what your input is.

Remembering always that you as an empath,

Are taking in a lot more than you might even realize.

And it's,

Again,

It's not a bad thing it's just the reality that we as sensitive people are very sensitive to energies around us.

And it does help to do some grounding,

You know,

And to make sure when you're breathing that energy goes down in the morning into the ground and to ground yourself.

I mean a lot of sensitive people have a lot of air energy sometimes.

Air signs and cancers of course,

You know,

The emotional sign.

So it's really important to remember some of these key,

Key things.

And I recommend putting them into practice.

I will do a brief meditation here.

Just as a reminder again,

Always when you're going into meditation,

You make sure you're comfortable,

And that the spine is erect,

And you relax and let go of any tension you might have been feeling.

And you do that with awareness,

You just allow yourself and your sensitive nature to scan.

You scan your head.

And how is that head feeling?

So anything there that needs to be cleared.

Just make a note.

Breathe in any energy of white light you need and clear out anything there that might need to be cleared.

And you breathe in into your beautiful throat chakra,

Your beautiful creation center,

The vocal center as well.

And allow that beautiful blue aquamarine energy to be as cool and fresh as a wonderful mountain pool.

And just allow it to be totally purified.

And allow any tension you have in your shoulders to release and let go.

And is there anything as you move into your heart that has been felt that you need to release?

Is there anything there that's causing disturbance?

Do a scan and allow that beautiful green energy of the heart chakra to be purified with a golden protective light.

Moving on down to the solar plexus with that gold again intensifying and clearing it out with a wonderful light calling that light in,

Circling around all the organs.

There's so many organs that are sensitive to everything you're doing.

And cleanse that whole center out with light.

And again moving down to the third chak,

Second chakra and into the pelvis area where you can store hidden feelings.

And allow a beautiful peach light to purify and let go of anything that needs to be released.

Breathe in energy to release it and feel good,

Feel good,

Good,

Good.

Oh yeah.

And going to the base root chakra,

Is there anything there that you might have picked up?

Any kind of anger,

Any kind of tension,

Anything that needs to be released and balanced.

Ah,

Let it go and allow now your whole body to be at peace.

And now put that beautiful white brilliant light around all of your whole aura,

Your whole body extending out six feet above you,

Below you,

To the sides of you,

To the front and back of you.

You are now in a protective wonderful shell like aura of radiant white light that protects you throughout the day.

Now seal it with a lovely golden light to keep any negative energy out.

You are now protected and safe.

And feel this wonderful energy of knowing you as a sensitive being have the power to receive positive energy and to remove anything that isn't in harmony for you.

Claim that power.

Use that power.

You are a sensitive being of light and love.

Embrace yourself.

Thank yourself for all that you do.

You are a gift to the world.

Don't let anyone take away that gift and protect it.

Protect it with your wonderful tools that you have of meditation,

Of breath,

Of light,

And the discipline of just simply being aware of what's going on in your life.

Now come out of meditation and just know that you can indeed be an empath and be empathetic and compassionate.

And you do not need to take on any of the energy of someone around you.

You can choose to be sensitive and caring and loving,

But not place it upon your own energy field.

That's your responsibility.

And you can do that.

I know that.

And I send you my deepest love and my compassion because I know what it's like.

Just be aware and you will find that you can make a difference in the way you live and feel when you take care and protect your energy aura and field.
