Tools For Empaths To Be Aware Of Others Influences

Empaths are very sensitive to energy. Most are also very giving. I talk about how to fine-tune your awareness to understand what is good for you and what is not. You also may be used by others who try to influence your energy to work towards helping them. I also talk about how you can strengthen your confidence.

Aloha, I'm Rev. Cindy Palos and I'm continuing on my talk to empaths. It's my deep belief being an empath that the more we become very sensitive to energy and light and frequencies, We also can take in a lot of other energies unless we filter and learn how to channel the energies that we bring or are sensitive to. So I have often talked about how important it is for empaths to have a way to use creativity. I think that's important. A way to understand how to work with the energies that they receive. And I think also another aspect for empaths to look into is how to take their sensitivities and channel it to work within themselves to be aware of their inner workings. So if you imagine us as having very large transmitting energies to send and to also, Like many of these huge space dishes, To receive energy, We are as empaths working in that way. We transmit and we receive. And it's up to us, I believe, As empaths to take that energy and work with it to be, In a sense, Light workers because it is light work and frequency work as well. So we can take those energies that we are open to receiving from the highest sources, Be they our soul, Be it God, Be it the one source of all, Be it ultra planetary energy, And bring that energy back from our receivers and put it to work within ourselves to heal, To be aware of what's going on within us. Because the more finely tuned we are in our body, In our mind, And in our soul, The more we can be better receivers and better able to filter the energies going through us. Because we will project outward what we are seeing within. And if we have things we haven't cleared up within or things that are dwelling there, We can actually, Without even being aware of it, Send that energy out to the world. So it's so important to be able to take this amazing energy and make sure we are wonderful, Clear transmitters of energy. Are you understanding what I'm trying to explain about that? It's best if we experience it. I think we always learn best. By experiencing it. And how do we do that? Well, We go into meditation. So let's take some wonderful deep clearing breaths. Breathing in and setting our intention and focus on receiving the highest energy and light and allowing that energy from the highest, Clearest source to pour through us and down all of our chakras and out. Breathing in and focusing on that light from the highest and just allow your energy to go up, Up, Up, Up, Way above you, Putting a wonderful clearing, Pure light around you. And breathing out, Letting it surround all of your body. Breathing in and letting that energy go very high up about a hundred feet and let that energy come down and through you and out, Out, Out, Out. And in front of you, Let it go way out from your heart, Extending love, Love, Love, Around you and in front of you and behind you on either side of you until you're in a beautiful, Protective energy field of light and love. And feel safe, Feel good. And just float in this energy field for a while, Bathing in the purest energy of light and love. Breathing in light, Breathing out love, Breathing in only the purest light from the highest source. And dwell in this light, My friend, Just be in this wonderful energy field of light. And now let's bring it to our mind and let your mind be circled with a wonderful circle of wonderful purple light. Ah, Letting it come all around your head, Surrounding you until that purple focus of light goes to your third eye and you clear anything away from seeing the vision of that beautiful light within your third eye. Breathing in, Ah, And breathing out, Ah, Ah, Bringing in for the source of light and breathing out to that third eye. Golden light now to that third eye, Clearing and opening up your inner vision. And now let that light disperse to your neck area and your chakra, That beautiful aquamarine creative chakra, Clearing anything out that may not be of the highest creative energy. And allow that energy now to come into your heart of hearts and that beautiful space of green. Ah, Feel that energy in your heart clearing anything away that might be blocking the ultimate energy of light and love. And now as an empath, Feel your heart, Go deep into your heart of hearts and feel what's really there. Allow yourself to be sensitive and turning all of your energy resources in to receive what your heart would tell you. Listen to your heart of hearts. Notice any feelings and any ripples there within your heart that need to be heard. Let your heart be bathed in love and allow that love to be completely surrounded with the perfect energy from the source of unconditional love. If there's anything there that needs forgiveness, Let that forgiveness be present and allow yourself to feel forgiveness for all. Breathe it in, Be with it and breathe it out. Let it be completely sealed in forgiveness. And now allow yourself to be dwelling in that energy of perfect love, Light and forgiveness. Breathing in and breathing out, Letting that energy heal anything that you might still have in your chakra of your second chakra, Your feeling chakra, Release anything that might need to be healed and cleared there and just release it. Let it go, Let it go, Let it go and send that healing energy out to anything that might need to be healed in your root chakra. At the base of your spine, Let it be sensitive to anything you're feeling in your body. Just let it be surrounded in healing energy and forgive any ancient karma or hurt or pain, Any blocks, Just allow it to be completely healed as an impact that's so important. And breathe this energy through your entire energy field of your chakras from the base of your spine on up to the second root chakra, Your healing chakra in your second chakra, Your third chakra of wisdom and light and gold, Your heart chakra on up to your throat chakra on up to your third eye chakra, The crown chakra and on up and out and out. And now know you are sealed in a new wonderful and very empathetic field of clearing wonderful pure energy. Dwell here, Just dwell here and feel good, Feel good, Feel God at work in you. Breathe in and breathe out. Now slowly come back, Come back, Come back. And allow anything you may have sensed that you want to write down, Allow that to come and allow yourself to feel it and maybe write down anything you need to feel and clear too from your conscious mind of awareness.
