This is a talk on how you can create and program your mind to create the day you want. There are so many distractions that happen in the course of the day that it is easy to get off track from what you really wish to accomplish. Here are some helpful tips on setting your intentions so you can create the day you want.

Creating Your Day When you have a daily routine of getting up early and setting your intention,

Saying your affirmations,

And doing your prayers and meditation,

You are supercharged with positive energy from the source of all energy.

You are aware that what you are thinking creates what you will bring to your life.

You can go to a place of light in your soul and create the day as you would like it to be.

You can fill it with love and light and happiness and good communication.

You can plan your dreams and use affirmations and prayers to bring them into manifestation.

This is a very good practice to do because it's effective in helping you to see the power of your thoughts,

And it gives you daily affirmations that you are the co-creator of your life with God.

God is the creator,

Yet we do have a hand in making our life a reflection of that perfection,

And we can be co-creators.

It's a good idea to include elements of how you wish to be and what you need to do.

This allows you to get things done while being in the light.

Put the qualities that you wish to embody in your journal.

They could be living in peace,

Sharing love,

Being kind,

Finding joy,

Being centered,

Using light,

And what you feel are the highest qualities that you really wish to manifest.

The list should include what you need to do and what you want to accomplish.

What you need to do may take up a good portion of the time,

But leave some space for a way to further what you feel is really important to create your dreams.

Include in the list things such as dietary needs,

Exercise concern,

What's good for your body,

What's good for your mind,

And what's good for your soul.

Visualize you're accomplishing this list while in the light of your soul,

And create your list in a way that makes you feel good,

And remember to bless it and embrace it.

Remember,

This is the day the Lord hath made.

Let us be glad and rejoice.
