Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

It's really wonderful to be here with you.

I'm Cindy Palas and I want to share love with you today.

Love is lovely,

Isn't it?

I love love.

We're coming up to February,

The month of love.

But I wanted to have some time to experience love with you.

And then the experience of love,

Of course,

Is just so,

So blissful and ecstatic and changed my life.

There,

Wow.

But the truth is that it's just half of it.

Love is no good unless you can share it as well.

So the idea is,

Of course,

To be here and to be able to share our love together and then also take it out into the world and share it in the world.

When I meditate,

As I meditate every day,

I find that I can experience this wonderful connection of love inside God's love.

But it's a lot more challenging to reach out into the world and some of the things we face and share that love that we have inside as we share it outwards.

You know,

What's so wonderful about love is that you think of the power of love.

I mean,

When you were born,

You were given love.

Think of that moment of love that your mother held you and experienced that beautiful love,

Unconditional love,

Right?

Well,

That's the love that God has for us.

When you think of maybe you're saying goodbye for the last time to someone,

Maybe they're making their transition,

Almost always the last thing people say to the person is,

I love you.

And we think of how these words don't seem to even be able to encompass this amazing feeling,

This blessing of love,

Love that's so powerful,

Love that's so transformative,

Love that is the key to open every single door.

I meditate every morning and after I meditate,

I write down a message and I knew I was going to be talking about love today.

So I thought I'd share what I wrote.

This is kind of my way of reflecting what I get from inside out.

And it's worked very well for me.

I've written many books and I think now I have six books,

But the seventh is almost done and from the words I've done many CDs,

About 11.

And I have a new one all the way out too.

But this is what came to me today after meditation,

Thinking about the power of love.

Let love weave a robe of beauty to surround and protect your life.

A cocoon that holds your heart till it's ready to become a butterfly in flight.

Love is the answer and it's what you all seek.

It holds deep compassion and it's what we all so need.

Let love's wings enfold you and when the time is right,

Let it lift and embolden you to view how to soar to heaven's heights.

Love holds a key that opens all locked doors for it is the source and reveals what we came here for.

If you can love yourself,

You will find that key,

That magic key of love will heal you and set you free.

And it's true,

Love is so much the answer.

However,

What we have to do to get to that point is be able to be open in our hearts to feel that love.

Sometimes we need to heal ourselves.

We may need to forgive.

We may need to believe that we are worthy to be loved.

It's a very simple tool.

I think it was used first by one of the teachers in the Hay House.

It might have been Ms.

Hay herself that said this wonderful exercise and I'd like you to do it and share it because this little simple exercise allows you to also find out what you need inside in love more.

And we can use it as we go into meditation.

And you probably have heard it before.

It's very simple.

I am loved.

I am loving and I am lovable.

Now just say to yourself and I want you to be aware of your reactions.

Say to yourself,

I am loved.

And take a moment to feel on a scale of one to ten,

Do you feel loved?

Then say,

I am lovable.

Do you feel lovable on a scale of one to ten?

How do you feel?

And I am loving.

And again,

As you say,

I am loving,

Do you feel that you are loving on a scale of one to ten?

Now,

If there's one of those three key phrases that you feel that you would like to,

You know,

Kind of enlightened and elaborate and let build,

We will then focus on that part in our meditation.

You know,

All around the world there are people that might be able to experience this feeling of love and together we can all share this wonderful love and find out how we can share it with each other more and share it with the world more because love holds a key.

I wrote this poem knowing I was going to be talking about love just yesterday.

I think I did this Friday.

The infinite cosmos whispers its mystical sounds.

A key to the doorway once lost,

Now found.

The love that flutters with the wings of ecstasy fly to the one source that created this unsolved mystery.

Love speaks its own language with words it can't explain,

Becoming unfathomable and that quest that forever remains,

The promise of everything hoped for,

The gift of God's bliss,

Never quite fully reached yet always exists,

Still close enough to remember with every breath we breathe.

It echoes throughout all creation,

The promise of that vow now revealed.

Love is there to save us with the answer to our hearts take call the eternal flame that lights the darkest night that burns away all fear and strife.

It awakens us to the promise of eternal life.

We can see that vision with our soul's eyes and speak that sacred prayer that will take you there to the heart where God's love resides.

Now my friends you are an amazing unique incarnation of God's love and God's intelligence manifested right here.

That love and the beauty of the cosmos that lives right there in you is present right here and now.

And we limit it without knowing it.

We limit our love.

We limit this amazing powerful gift of love that should be unlimited.

And through meditation we can allow ourselves to heal what needs to be healed to transform and to be completely freed.

We can love ourselves as God loves us.

If you really believe that you are worthy to receive and you can just release some of the past horror,

Well like or the scars I think would be the word and things that need to be healed there and you can allow your whole self your body your mind and your soul to feel that presence of grace that is the gift of love.

So let's go into that place where we can tune into that power of that love.

And first I'm going to say a couple of affirmations.

I believe affirmations are very powerful.

I wrote a book,

Prayers,

Affirmations and meditations and these are some of the affirmations on love that I wrote.

And allow yourself to breathe in and to truly allow this to be set as a seed thought in your consciousness before we go into meditation.

In this very moment the love of God fills every cell of my body.

I am the unconditional love of God in form.

I am alive and radiating the perfection of the Creator's love.

I feel and share this love with others.

With each and every breath love blossoms with the smile of beauty.

But I'm going to keep talking hoping that you can unfreeze your screen.

So again love every breath with every single breath.

Love blossoms with the smile of beauty.

With every single breath love blossoms.

Imagine this in your heart and breathe with that breath the smile of love in your heart.

And I wrote this prayer about love.

Love love love.

Lord help me to return to love.

For as I bring my life to love solutions I find the energy that is there which God granted life and it can work and grow and blossom in the seeds planted with this energy that reflects the pure light of spirit and love.

Now let's bring that into our heart right now.

So let's all just breathe in this love.

Let's breathe in the blossom of love that smiles in our heart and grows.

What does a breath of love feel like?

Be aware as you breathe in what this love feels like in your heart in your body in your mind in your emotions.

Allow yourself to be comfortable.

Allow yourself to be surrounded by the light of love.

Let it extend out way out at least six feet in a wonderful wonderful white radiant ray around you a protective ray of light and love.

And in the safe cocoon of love there you are in a bubble of God's love right now.

Feel this breath of love.

Breathe it deep and allow that love to go deep deep deep deep deep into your whole body and down to your feet and feel the cells of your body and your feet your left foot and your right foot responding to that love that is part of the love of creation right there in you.

Allow them to respond.

Feel that energy and be aware of how good that love feels when you love yourself.

Allow that love to go into your calves recognizing the work and love your body gives you and be thankful ever so thankful for your calves and your knees and your thighs.

Send them your love and let them respond and absorb that love right now.

And we're going to bring God's love into us now throughout our whole torso and right down from our very top chakra crown chakra let it spill right in from the crown chakra into your head and let that love lights turn and swirl and clean up anything in your mind that needs to be purified and heal it with love love love love love.

You are loved.

You are lovable.

You are loving.

Now let that love go into your beautiful throat chakra that shares that energy that sound that current that creativity and let love come into that whole area of your neck and let it feel good.

Let it feel the goodness that's there in God's presence there.

And now let it come deep into your heart of hearts that beautiful blossom of love there that opens with every breath of love.

Right now envision in your heart a most beautiful petal of a rosebud.

What color is that rose in your heart?

I'm seeing a golden rose and I'm letting that love light fill that petal that beautiful petal of God's love in my heart.

And as I breathe in love I'm feeling that golden rose opening up and blossoming just as it does as the sun pours its light upon it.

Allow yourself to feel that energy pouring into that love deep in your heart and that beautiful rose of gold there within the heart of hearts opens and blossoms.

Feel that love there in your heart.

And again say I am loved and believe that you are loved.

You are so lovable.

I love you.

And you are loving.

Feel how good that feels.

And allow that love energy in your heart to go on down and fill your whole torso,

Your organs,

Your liver,

Your kidney,

Your stomach.

Let it completely shine a golden light there.

Go on down into your emotional center and your second chakra filled with the peach light.

And any feelings that need to be released there or forgiven allow that forgiveness to heal and set you free so you can feel the love that you are.

You are loved.

You are loving.

And you are so lovable.

And allow that love to now permeate that whole pelvis and go to the root chakra where that wonderful energy of creation is sourced.

And see that beautiful ruby red light coming into all of your base chakra and your sexual organs and that creative field.

And now you are a rainbow of heavenly colors throughout your entire body.

Breathe it in in every single cell.

Feel the love at work.

God's love is present here right now.

That unconditional love.

That unconditional love that loves you without question.

For you are part of that love.

You now recognize that you are part of God's love.

Let's go to that place in our soul now our body feels it and allow yourself to go to that source,

That soul,

That perch there.

That wonderful soul that is with you lifetime after lifetime that cares for you,

That loves you unconditionally.

And go into that room of your soul.

Be there in that presence of love.

It's a beautiful,

Beautiful energy field that knows you and cares for you and sees how you have progressed lifetime after lifetime and knows that it will be there for you when you drop this body and move on.

Your soul is your highest self.

Allow that highest self to gift you right now with what you need to be the love that you are.

Feel that blissful energy of your soul light completely enfolding you.

Completely surrounding you in this wonderful love energy from the source of all.

Your soul knows who you are.

Allow your soul to let you see and experience the truth of who you are.

A beautiful being of light and love.

You are spirit here in form and you're doing a wonderful job just being here right now with that spirit that's presence of love in you.

And thank your soul.

Just take a moment and be thankful to your soul for being your best friend,

For being there guiding you and protecting you and watching out for you.

And your soul knows your guardian angels.

Your soul knows your guides.

Allow your soul to open you to the presence of your guardian angels right here with you now.

Feel their energy surrounding you.

Their beautiful,

Beautiful heavenly energy.

Allow that energy from your guardian angels to be present right here with your soul,

With you in this love energy right now.

And ask your guardian angels to guide you to the one source of all love that you will unite with.

When you are in that presence of God,

You experience the unconditional love that is present throughout the cosmos.

The love that opens your heart to more love than you could ever possibly have known before.

The love that inspires you.

The love that created you.

It's right there in the heart of God.

Allow that heart of God to be in tune with you right now.

Allow your heart to open to the heart of God's love.

Feel that love.

Feel that bliss.

Feel that ecstasy of God's love alive in you.

What a great gift this love is.

I say thank you God for being present in my life.

And I ask that I always can share this wonderful gift of your love in my life with others and express it in the highest way so others can know and share it as well.

Take a moment and ask for a message.

Take a moment and see if there's a message of love that you need in the naming of that I am loved.

I am loving and I am lovable.

Is there one of these elements you would like to bring to full capacity?

If so,

Allow that love energy to bring you into that completeness of knowing you are loved.

You are lovable.

You are loving.

And if there's any message there from your soul to you about that love,

Allow that message of love to come back to you.

Allow it to heal you.

Allow it to magnify the love that you are right now.

Breathe it in.

Breathe it.

Breathe in that wonderful love of all loves.

Can you feel that love?

I feel it.

Let's now take that love and share that love.

Take this beautiful energy you've gained and share it out with someone that you love right now.

Share it with a beloved loved one,

A family member,

A friend.

Send them that love.

Feel it with the wings of love being sent to them.

Breathe it in.

And now send that love out to the whole community around you.

See it completely surrounding the entire community where you live with the loving,

Healing light of energy.

See it expanding out around the entire country.

Any point that needs love,

Send that area from your point to that point of love,

More love.

And now let that love encircle the entire planet.

Feel that love from the one source of all,

Healing and sending light and love to the planet.

See the darkness changing into light.

Feel the love expanding and reacting.

See it circling the planet and coming back to you 100 fold right now.

And open your heart just a little more,

Just a little more and take it back inside your heart and say,

Thank you God for this wonderful,

Unconditional love that I am.

Ah,

Doesn't that feel good?

Did you feel that energy?

I'm going to close with another poem I wrote.

All of life is a hymn to love.

And an expression of living the precious gift of giving the sound of the heart and the soul shared in this very moment right now to know.

It's a frequency within all frequencies.

It's a heavenly color emerging as it unfolds with the music speaking the true story of our soul.

All of life is a hymn to love.

Creation's secrets,

The cosmos hold reflected,

Held here in this wonderful mirror,

Sharing back this wonderful light and love through the filters of time and the many,

Many dimensions of the cosmos that carry the existence of space and time.

But the eyes always show the truth that it holds the energy of that hymn is told in all of life's hymn to love.

If there's any message that you want to share,

Please take a moment.

Please take a moment and write it down.

See what comes to you.

I have found over the years of doing meditation,

Actually for over 50 years that as I write down what comes to me in meditation,

I find that it shares again that soul connection.

It's a way of your soul speaking back to you and it builds a bridge from the highest level to your soul.

To each and every one of you,

I want you to know how precious you are and how much I love you and your energy.

I thank you for opening your heart today and sharing your love.

I pray that you can share this love that you are and make this love present every single day of your life and whether it's an act of kindness or it's having a little compassion or it's forgiving someone,

This love is the key.

This is the love that will indeed change your life.

So always,

Always please return to this love.
