Dr. Paul Leon Masters Meditation On Release

I began meditating under the auspices of Dr. Paul Leon Masters when I was 13 years old. His teachings changed my life. With permission from The IMM, which operates the University of Metaphysics, I have received permission to share the Voice of Meditation recordings that have brought great insight, and to many around the world. For 50 years, Dr. Paul Leon Masters taught students the practice of higher consciousness, and mystical meditation in his classes. This Meditation is on Release, it's one of 31.

Transcript

It is time to meditate.

It is time to enter into myself.

It is time to release myself totally and completely in to God's healing light,

Presence,

And spirit.

And so,

In my own mind,

Let me see myself as I am dressed,

Where I am.

And as I do,

Let me in my imagination feel that there is light pouring forth from the upper region of my body,

My spiritual heart center.

And as this light comes forth from my body,

It is surrounding my body in an aura of light,

So that I am surrounded with light coming forth from the highest spiritual center within me,

Above my head and beneath my feet,

To the left of me and to the right of me,

Before me and behind me.

I am enveloped now in light.

And this light is a protection from all outside influence and disturbance.

For this light is God's power and presence,

Surrounding me,

Loving me.

For the light is love.

And I am surrounded now by love.

And so let me feel now that every breath that I breathe into my body is a breath that carries with it the light essence from the air that surrounds me.

That that light essence is the presence and the power and the love of God flowing through my nostrils,

Down the length of my body,

Through my upper back and lower back,

Through my lower extremities,

Down through my thighs,

My knees,

My calf muscles,

Down into the soles of my feet.

And that every exhalation releases from my body all that is not light,

All that is not peace.

So that now,

Moment by moment,

Breath by breath,

Every part of me is breathing light as if I am part of the breath of spirit.

And the breath of spirit is now taking over the entirety of my being.

And I release my mortal breath to the breath of spirit.

And I exhale from my body all that is mortal to release myself in to the spirit and breath of spirit.

That is immortal.

And so as I do this now,

Let me feel that I release all levels of my mind to God's light presence.

I release the conscious level of my mind,

The activity and thought energies passing through my conscious mind to God's light presence.

And so as I do this,

All of the activity on the surface level of my mind begins to quiet,

To still,

To become very,

Very quiet so that I can perceive deeper levels of consciousness.

And so I release the entirety of my conscious mind level to that God light presence of spirit within me.

I go further now in to the consciousness within myself.

And as I do,

I release my personal subconscious memory level to God's light presence and spirit within me.

I release all of the memory levels of my mind that deal with my personality so that here I may be free to release myself in consciousness totally and completely to the presence of almighty God's light here within myself.

And as I do this now,

I pass forth into still a deeper level of my mind,

A level of my mind that connects me with thought processes telepathically making their way through the psychic ethers.

And as I do,

I release myself to God's light presence that it may be only God's light that travels out telepathically in to the airwaves that surround me.

And as I feel this,

I acknowledge that this release of God's light traveling forth out from me is following the law of like attracts light.

And so I am attracting light to me for like attracts like,

And like therefore attracts light.

And I am therefore in a telepathic process of drawing into my consciousness only the very highest light,

As if I picture the entirety of thought forces encircling the entirety of the planet earth.

And in those thought forces,

There are streams of God light.

And it is only to those streams of God light that I release myself to and interact with.

So that my consciousness now,

Both from within me and surrounding me,

Is interacting only to light.

And I release myself into the interaction of light within me,

Throughout me,

About me.

And as I do this now,

So I release the collective part of my mind that ties me to human existence.

And I release this part of my mind to God's light presence.

So that whatever is the human part of my consciousness that connects me now with interaction,

With the human level of existence,

Passes from my consciousness into God's light.

And I release myself into light,

Into God's presence,

Into God's mind,

Into God's thoughts,

Into God's heart,

As the unifying presence of love throughout the entirety of nature and the universe.

I feel this now throughout my beingness.

As I now release my mental body,

Or my individual soul,

To God's light presence,

To the universal soul of all of nature,

To the ultimate oversoul of the cosmos,

I release myself,

Take my presence into your universal presence.

Take me,

Consume me,

Let me melt away into the divine presence of your spirit,

Your light,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Your love.

Here,

Without reservation,

I release myself unconditionally to your mind,

Your light,

Your wholeness,

Your completeness,

Your allness,

Your love.

I release my being into your being,

My soul into your spirit.

And as I do this,

I do this completely by releasing all parts of my body,

My physical existence,

The consciousness of all of the millions of cells throughout my body,

To God's light presence.

God's light presence that exists in my left foot is released to light.

God's light presence in my right foot is released to God.

God's light presence in my left knee,

Released to God's spirit.

God's light presence in my right knee,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my left thigh,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my right thigh,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence at the base of my spine,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my lower back,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my abdomen,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my upper back,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in the upper torso of my chest area,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my throat,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my left shoulder,

Down my left shoulder,

Down into my elbow,

Past my elbow through my forearm,

Into my left hand,

Released to God's presence.

God's light presence in my right shoulder,

Down my right arm,

Past my elbow,

Past my forearm,

Into my right hand,

Into the fingers of my right hand,

Released to God's presence.

God's presence in my left ear,

Released to God's spirit.

God's presence in my right ear,

Released to God's spirit.

God's spirit in my left eye,

Released to God's spirit.

God's presence in my right eye,

Released to God's spirit.

God's presence in my nostrils,

Released to God's presence.

God's presence in my mouth,

Released to God's presence.

God's presence in my forehead,

Released to God's presence.

God's presence in my scalp,

Released to God's presence.

Throughout my body,

In all parts of my body,

I release the entirety of my body to God's light and love.

I give the entirety of my body to God's light and love.

I give the consciousness of all of the millions of cells of my body over to God's light and God's love.

Take my body into your light.

Take my body and let it be part of your love.

I release my intellect to the intuitive guidance of God's light presence,

That God's mind flows through and dominates my consciousness,

My thoughts,

My thinking.

I release my personal will and its energy into God's light energy to be the presence of divine will,

Directing,

Arising me in mind,

In will,

In consciousness.

And as I do,

I also release all sense of personal purpose to God's light presence.

Let the purpose of my very soul be fulfilled.

I release myself to that spirit that knows the purpose for which I exist in this physical world.

Take me.

Bring meaning to me.

Fill me with meaning.

Fill me with a fulfillment that comes from knowing the meaning of why I am here,

Why I live,

Why I have been given birth,

Mind,

Consciousness,

The ability to even ask.

I release myself totally now into the energy of God's light to be the presence of divine will,

Directing me into that which fulfills the purpose for my soul's incarnation.

And as I do this,

I release all that is not part of my soul's purpose.

And in so doing,

I release all negative karmic energies into the healing light presence of God's spirit.

I do this now.

I give up all of the negative karma of my past.

I release it totally and completely.

I let go.

I release.

I release all personally conceived concepts of who I am,

What I am,

And what I can be.

And this is immediately and instantly replaced by God's light presence to establish in universal light in my mind,

My universal identity,

Purpose,

And meaning for my beingness.

And so I release myself from all sense of humanly conceived limitations into the unlimited potential of God's light and presence.

And I am so free and unfettered now that I feel my soul expanding and becoming one with the stars and the heavens in the unlimited scope of who and what I am in my oneness with divine mind and spirit.

And so finally,

I release myself into ultimate love,

Its essence,

Love's presence as God's shining brilliantly within me and throughout me.

And I culminate all that I have released into love throughout my soul,

My mind,

My body.

For this total culmination and release into love,

I give thanks that it is so.

And so in love,

It is.
