To meditate is to transform myself completely,

Totally,

Inwardly.

To live a life where the neurons are functioning harmoniously.

No conflict,

No illusion,

No fear.

In each session,

We are dealing with the facts of living,

The harder facts.

The speaker,

We use expressions,

Verbs,

To describe it.

But verbs are not a thing.

It is essential for everybody to go beyond the verbs by examining the mind thoroughly,

Carefully.

To make sense of what the speaker is talking about.

It is very important to notice,

To observe,

To see whether the mind is translating these facts into some new ideas.

According to his conditioning,

Its assumptions,

Its conclusions.

Can the mind go beyond all these descriptions,

All these verbs,

To see these facts clearly,

Deeply?

To really bring about the total transformation of the mind?

To see clearly the chaos,

The turbulence of the mind when the thoughts are dominating the life.

There are all kinds of self-deception are taking place.

Venerising everything into ideas,

Including the facts,

The essence of living.

The idea about the essence of living is very pleasurable sometimes.

But we are dealing with the essence,

Not the idea of the essence.

To come upon the truth about the mind,

Not the idea of the truth,

But the truth,

The mind has to imitate itself.

To free perception from the distortion created by thoughts.

This requires a huge amount of meditation,

Investigation,

Daring and resolution to take a leap.

Else the mind always deceives itself by all kinds of progress,

All kinds of little betterment,

Improvement.

But the mind stays put.

A very serious man who wants to transform himself must go beyond this self-deception.

To really meet this moment,

To really honestly face the self,

The ego,

End it.

Free the mind from the known.

If the mind can stay unknown,

Something marvelous will take place.

The mind never knows it unless the mind let go of the known.

So to meditate,

It's to free the mind from the known,

From all the things one has accumulated above the self.

All kinds of assumptions,

Conclusions,

Ideas,

Traditions,

All kinds of illusions.

So the mind is really fresh,

Innocent.

Innocence means no hurt.

The mind has healed from the hurt.

And only such a mind can touch upon the beauty of the unknown.

Because the real life is unknown.

What is known is thoughts is the past.

When the mind always wanted security,

The mind stayed in the known,

In the past,

In the loop.

Trapped by thoughts,

By time,

By all-class concept.

Such a life is full of sorrow,

Turbulence,

Conflicts.

To live life peacefully,

Beautifully is to transform oneself totally.

So the mind can empathy the known,

The thoughts by itself.

Not through control.

But everything takes place naturally in that dimension.

Which requires one to take a leap.

Because living in truth is a different dimension from living in thoughts.

There is no path from this point to that point.

The imagined path is the self-deception.

So either the mind stays put or the mind transforms itself.

And meditation is the real action one takes to effect the real change of the mind.
