When the mind is excluding something,

The mind can easily get hurt Because that very resistance in terms of exclusion can lead to very serious conflict with the mind Which is suffering,

Tremendous suffering Also look around this society,

When people are concentrated on something,

The mind is becoming more and more neurotic The mind can be easily disturbed The mind can easily react to things Then the conflicts between people is increasing Such a mind can easily make a fuss of something,

Bringing about the stress in relationship And this concentration only enhances the self,

People become more and more individual Because Aaron's mind is full of exclusion,

Full of all kinds of neuroticism And therefore the society is becoming neurotic But if one gives full attention to this moment,

Observe this moment,

Actually each moment Means that the mind is totally open to whatever is happening on the mind this moment Never rejects,

Never refuses,

Never excludes The mind fully accepts this moment In that full attention,

The mind observes everything without being an observer Where there is an observer,

There is a self The self employs concentration,

Right?

When the self is very active,

The life is so full of self-concern,

Self-indulgence,

They are all the different forms of concentration
