A mind that can ends the self-deception is a clear mind. This talk is actually a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively and peacefully, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice. **Note: It is only recommended to listen to this audio when the mind is at peace now.

To meditate is to empty the thoughts immediately.

That's to say,

Now.

It doesn't mean that you have new thoughts.

That's not possible at all,

Which is another illusion.

But it's not that thoughts dominate your life.

Only when one empty the thoughts,

One would know how to put the thoughts in the right place.

But psychologically,

Thoughts have no place at all.

So to meditate is to break the circle,

Is to be with what is,

Now.

It's a life living in fact,

Because the mind perceives the fact.

Then living such a life becomes a fact,

And such a life is the simplest life ever.

Thoughts have lost their places psychologically.

The life won't be deceived again by the self,

By the thoughts,

The illusions.

Without those deceptions,

The self-deceptions,

The life is becoming extremely simple,

Very lucid,

Very clear.
