
Trust In The Flow Of Life

The flow of life is constant and continuous just like our breaths. Each time we inhale and exhale, we're already taking in and letting go into the flow. Trusting in life can be as simple as breathing. Don't have to put in any extra effort. Let all the ups and downs happen naturally. We can experience them through the body while breathing into trust and surrender.

Welcome,
This is Yin.
Today's meditation is going to be about trust.
No matter how you're feeling at this moment,
What is happening in your life right now,
You can allow all of them to arise,
To be,
And then slowly we'll step into trust.
So let's take a moment to find a comfortable position.
You can choose to lie down or sit,
Or any comfortable position that you decide to do at this moment,
And then once you find a spot,
Settle down,
You can first take a moment to look around your environment,
Just start to notice what is around,
What is in front of you.
We have the attention focusing outward,
And then when we are ready,
We can slowly start to close our eyes,
We can have the attention start shifting from outward to inward.
Now we start to connect with the breath.
As we inhale,
We'll feel the body expanding,
Rising.
As we exhale,
We start to feel the body falling,
Relaxing.
You don't have to rush,
Just slowly allow yourself to connect with the breath.
Inhale expand,
Exhale relax.
Everything happens naturally,
You don't have to put in any effort,
Simply allow yourself to breathe in,
Breathe out,
Simply connecting with your body through your breath,
As simple as that.
And now we start to inhale deeper.
Take a deep breath together,
We keep inhaling until we feel like there's no more space,
We can no longer breathe,
And then we hold for a second.
And then we exhale with a sound from your mouth,
A sound of release.
Now we start to inhale again deeply,
And then hold for a second,
Exhale with a sound of release.
And last time,
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
Exhale with a sound of release.
Now we go back to our natural breathing rhythm.
Take our time to enjoy simply breathing,
Using the breath to connect with the body.
Start to sense and notice how are you feeling at this very moment,
How is your body?
With each inhale you take,
It's as if you're inhaling,
Absorbing the energy and the nutrition you need.
Each time you exhale,
It's as if you're releasing what no longer serves you at this moment.
So naturally with each breath that we're taking,
We're already exchanging energy,
Allowing the energy we need to come in,
The energy we no longer need to be released.
It's as simple as that.
Each breath we take is already happening,
Without us trying to put in any effort,
Without us needing to think of any solution,
Just by simply breathing,
It's already happening.
You can also take a quick body scan to go from the head to the toes,
Just to notice and connect with each part of the body,
To see what is present in each part.
You can start from the top of the head,
Starting to go down,
The forehead,
The eyes,
The nose,
The cheeks,
Your mouth,
Tongue,
Your jaw,
Letting everything start to drop,
Relax,
And your breath is going to help you.
Each time you exhale,
Everything naturally relaxes.
Then we go down to the neck,
The shoulders,
The arms,
Elbow,
Forearms,
Wrist,
Hands,
Palms,
Fingers.
Back to the chest,
Reconnect with the breath again,
Feel the chest rising and falling,
Feel your heart starting to soften,
To open up the space from your heart center,
Your emotional space,
Your heart space,
It's all starting to soften,
To open up.
We move down to the belly,
Underneath there's different organs,
Let any suppressed,
Stressed emotion to slowly open up,
To be released,
To be seen,
To be heard.
Again,
Everything happens naturally,
Without trying to put any effort,
Just by simply breathing,
All of this thing is happening already.
We're just noticing how it's happening.
We move down to the legs,
From the thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankle,
Feet,
Toes.
Now we're connecting with the whole body,
Each part of the body,
And now we allow whatever situation,
Emotions,
Challenges that we're facing right now to arise,
Maybe there's a problem we're trying to solve,
It's not going well,
There's a relationship or friendship that is also not going well,
Whatever it is that in your life that you're feeling stuck,
Disturbed,
Challenged,
Allow that very thing to arise.
We simply allow it to be present with us,
With our body.
We may start to notice certain part of the body start having feelings,
Or responding to the situation,
Or the emotion,
Or the challenges,
It's okay,
Right now we're just being present with whatever that is going on right now.
At this moment,
We're not trying to find a solution,
We're not trying to think how to solve it,
How to be better,
How to heal even,
What kind of practice I need to do to heal myself.
At this moment,
We just let it all go.
Simply allow our breath to just hold space for whatever that is present.
Maybe you're experiencing challenges,
Maybe you're also experiencing anxiety,
Intense emotions,
Or even feeling like a failure that you're unable to do what you want to do.
Judgment,
Criticism,
Whatever that is,
Let them arise,
Let them be here with you.
And as we are connecting with our body,
All these different emotions,
Situations that is present,
All these difficulty,
Challenges,
We also start to breathe into the flow of life,
The constant flow of life that is happening all the time.
Each breath we're taking,
We're inhaling the flow of life into our body as well.
Each out-breath we're taking,
We are letting go,
Releasing into the flow of life.
With each breath that we're taking,
While we are being present with all these different things,
We're also letting go,
Surrendering to the flow of life.
With each breath that we're taking,
There's no rush,
Little by little,
We start to notice it's all happening naturally,
Simultaneously.
While we're holding space for all these different emotions,
Conditions,
Situations,
We're also trusting life,
Trusting the flow of life.
Just like our breath,
Without any effort,
It's all happening already.
Everything always works out in the end,
One way or the other.
When we no longer hold very tight to the results,
Let us surrender to the flow of life,
The trust in life.
Just like our breath,
We don't even need to try,
We don't even need to put so much effort into forcing ourselves to surrender.
Just simply keep breathing.
Naturally as you exhale,
You release,
You let go,
You trust.
It's already happening without you even trying,
Putting any effort into thinking how to do it.
You don't even need to think about it,
Just keep breathing.
Keep breathing and you are already trusting.
Each time you exhale,
You trust a little more.
Each time you exhale,
You let go a little more.
You don't have to understand,
You don't have to think,
Analyze how to do it.
Just by simply breathing,
It's already happening.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Trust,
Let go,
Surrender,
Release.
We can continue to do this a little bit longer if we like.
Just keep having this awareness with you as you go back to your activities of the day.
Just take notice that each breath you're taking,
You're already trusting,
Already letting go.
Each time you inhale and exhale,
It's already a sign of trust.
It's already letting go,
Releasing.
It's already letting go,
Releasing.
We don't need to put any effort into it,
It's already happening.
When you feel ready,
You may slowly feel your body not sitting on a chair or lying on the bed or whatever position you're in now.
Just come back to this physical body in this space,
In this room.
And we take this awareness with us back to whatever that we're doing.
We know that it's all going to be okay.
We trust that life will take care of us.
We trust in the flow of life.
Now when we're ready,
We can slowly open our eyes and we thank you.
Thank you for this time.
Thank you for the body.
Thank you for the flow of life.
Thank you for everything that is present in the body.
