Welcome.

Here we are together.

I am delighted and grateful for your trust to share in this meditation.

Celebrating our life force.

A celebration of our breath.

Consider your surroundings so that you won't be disturbed for the next little while.

Allow yourself space and silence.

Choose a position that is most comfortable for you.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold the breath in for a few moments.

Slowly release the breath.

Again.

Breathing in,

Feel the expansion of your belly as it fills.

Breathing out,

Completely empty your belly.

There is no need to rush.

This time belongs to you.

Place your entire focus on your breath.

Take another deep breath in.

Now slowly release the breath.

When you are ready,

Close down your eyes.

Relaxing into the presence.

There is no need to think about anything.

Not yesterday or tomorrow or even three minutes from now.

Here you are.

Nothing matters right now except the connection with your breath.

Let's simply enjoy a journey to a quiet space within.

Deep breath in.

Release the breath out.

Notice if your breath is slowing down now.

If your thoughts wander,

It's okay.

Slowly become aware of them and then return your focus back on the breath,

Allowing the thoughts to attach to the breath and flow out through the exhale.

Now take another breath in,

Following the breath as it flows in through your nose and down the back of your throat.

Then watch as you release it.

You can give your breath a color if you like so that you can follow.

The inhale and the exhale.

Always bringing your focus back to the breath.

Breathing slowly in through your nose,

Holding and gently releasing.

A few more breaths.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Smile.

Radiate love from within,

Out to the universe.

Now bring your focus to the sensation of the air as it enters your nose,

Each delicate one as they become apparent to you.

Some new,

Never felt before.

How simply beautiful the awareness.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Thank you,

Nose,

For allowing me this pleasure,

For playing such a connection to the whole world,

To providing life.

Now bring your attention to your throat.

Slowly breathing in.

Follow the cool air as it travels slowly down your throat.

Feel the cool sensation tickling,

So gracefully present,

Filling up your throat,

Your body,

Your temple with love,

Full of life force.

Slowly filling up again.

Watch as the breath makes its way down to your lungs.

Your chest expands.

Your belly rises on each inhale.

You may feel a slight tingling sensation all over your body as you hold the breath.

This is presence.

This is awareness.

Always bringing your focus back to the breath.

The air filling your body with life.

Imagine almost as if the lungs are accepting the air with open arms,

Hugging the life that is yours.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in through your nose,

Watch the breath gently travel in through your nostrils,

Touching each perfect nose here.

How robust.

Watch it as it travels down through your throat,

Spiraling down,

Providing life force,

Giving love.

Breathing out.

Gently breathing in and gently breathing out.

And now as you breathe in,

Feel the lungs,

Thanking the air with expansion,

With acceptance,

With patience.

Breathing out.

Completing the celebration of the breath.
