Welcome to this guided visualization for creating an ocean of love all around you.

Close your eyes and imagine a small pool of light extending out from your heart area.

Picture that golden light just hovering around your chest where your heart is.

Now start to introduce some loving thoughts such as,

Today I accept myself just as I am.

When I'm kind to myself,

I can be kinder to others.

And if I make a mistake sometimes,

It's okay.

I'm doing the best I can with the tools that I have.

With each loving thought,

Watch that pool of light expand into an ocean.

I am enough simply by being exactly who I am.

And in fact,

I am a gift to myself,

To my loved ones,

And to the whole world.

This ocean of love and light surrounding your heart is so real that you can sense it,

Touch it,

And feel it.

It's warming you up from the inside.

See it expand out even further now.

Until this ocean of love fills the whole room you are in.

The building,

Your neighborhood,

Your whole town,

Touching clusters of people everywhere on the planet.

May all beings everywhere love and accept themselves just as they are.

With a whole heart,

An open mind,

And an ocean of love that extends outwards to everyone they meet.

Now whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes and resolve to keep a little bit of this ocean of love around you as you go about your day today.
