Welcome to this healing meditation.
When we soften our bodies and release the tension,
Our bodies start to heal themselves.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Let your hands rest softly.
Slowly let your body settle.
Take a deep breath in and a slow,
Complete breath out.
Feel the exhale melt you a little more into this present moment.
With your next inhale,
Gently lengthen your spine.
With your exhale,
Release any pressure to push,
To solve,
Or to figure it all out right now.
Let your breath remind you that even in hard seasons,
You are safe to pause,
Safe to be held.
Notice any subtle sensations in your body,
In your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your chest.
No need to change anything.
Just arrive exactly as you are.
Let's begin doing a gentle body scan.
Starting at the top of your head,
Soften your forehead.
Unclench the space between your eyebrows and let your eyes relax heavy in their sockets.
Soften through your jaw.
Let your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth.
Relax your neck and let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Take a deep breath in and exhale with a gentle sigh.
Relax your arms,
Your hands.
Let your fingers loosen.
Soften your chest,
Your ribs,
And imagine your breath creating space inside your body.
Space for your strength to return.
Relax your belly.
Let go of the instinct to hold everything together.
Let your abdomen expand freely with each breath.
Soften through your hips,
Your pelvis.
Imagine tension releasing down from your legs.
Relax your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
And finally your feet.
Feel your whole body melting as if gravity is inviting you to surrender into support,
Not from weakness,
But from wisdom.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Imagine placing both hands here energetically over your heart.
Feel the part of you that has carried so much and is still here.
Take a slow breath in and on your exhale,
Silently repeat to yourself,
I release what is too heavy to carry alone.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
I surrender what I cannot control.
Let each breath be an unraveling,
A soft opening,
A reminder that surrender is not giving up.
It's choosing strength that comes from ease,
Not force.
Now,
If anything arises from within you,
Any worry,
Fear,
Or frustration,
Imagine placing it into a flowing river beside you.
You don't have to fix it.
You don't have to hold it.
Let the current carry it for a moment.
Feel the relief of not needing all the answers.
Feel the strength in allowing yourself to be supported by something greater than this moment.
Now silently say to yourself,
I am strong enough to let go.
I am guided.
Even when the way forward is unclear.
Let these truths settle into your body like warm,
Steady roots.
And now imagine a warm light forming above your head.
Golden,
Grounding,
Unwavering.
With every breath that light slowly pours down,
Washing through you,
Strengthening what is worn,
Softening what is tight,
Reminding you of your resilience.
Let it move through your mind,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way to your toes.
This is a light of inner peace.
The peace that stays with you even in hard times.
The strength that rises from within.
Let this be your affirmation.
I choose strength rooted in softness.
I choose peace in the midst of uncertainty.
I trust myself to walk through what's ahead.
Feel yourself grounded,
Supported,
And held.
Take another deep,
Nourishing breath in.
And a slow,
Unhurried exhale out.
And as this meditation comes to a close,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Bring some movement back into your body.
And find yourself here,
Back in the space you began.
When you're ready,
Place a hand over your heart and whisper,
I surrender to what is.
I trust in my strength to move forward.
You can slowly open your eyes,
Carrying the steadiness and strength with you as you go about the rest of your day.
May you feel more grounded,
More healed,
And more regulated.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
Until next time,
Take care and happy healing.
