A day that you have not experienced before.
Filled with endless possibilities.
Filled with new experiences,
New sensations,
Opportunities for new connections and new memories.
A reminder to look up.
Look at the sky.
Whatever the weather may be doing today,
A reminder to look up and look around you at this incredible space that you currently call home.
Good morning world.
However you've chosen to take this practice today,
Lengthen your spine,
Soften your shoulders and we're going to take three deep mindful breaths with a smile on your lips as you do.
Inhale with me for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold softly and exhale for eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,

And one.
Inhale again for four,

Hold softly and release for eight,

Even if you don't feel like smiling,
Allow the corners of your mouth to lift.
Feel the cheeks rise.
This is a brand new day,
Your day.
Now let's begin by whispering kind words to ourself.
If you can,
Place your hand on your heart.
Press a little.
Feel the beat of your amazing heart that beats continually for you.
Feel the rise and the fall of your breath as your lungs work every single moment for you.
Now saying out loud or saying these words in your mind,
Good morning,

Take a moment to think about your day ahead.
Where are you going after this meditation?
What is that you have to do today?
And other than this moment right here,
What are the pockets of time are you doing something just for you,
For the benefit of your physical body or your emotional body or energetic or altogether?
And if you haven't yet planned the pockets of time for you today,
Do that now.
What can you do today that's for you,
That makes you smile,
That makes your heart sing?
Plan that into your day now.
Take a deep breath and let it go.
And so it is.
Now just in case that smile has slipped a little,
Bring it back to your lips,
Send it into your heart.
And I invite you now to think of three things that you are incredibly grateful for in this moment,
This morning.
What are you grateful for?
And now thinking about your day ahead,
Or maybe your week ahead or even further,
What are you inviting in to your life?
Think about how you might want to feel today,
Or what you may want to experience.
And then say it as if it has happened.
I am happy.
I am healthy.
I am full of abundance and life and vitality and ready for anything.
How do you want to feel today?
Say it as if it's yours already because it is.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
Send it out.

This day is filled with sights that you have not seen before.
Sounds that you have not heard.
Tastes that you haven't tasted and words that you have not shared.
Today I invite you to look up from the to-do lists,
From the busyness,
From the distractions and take as many moments as you need to be there present with what's around you,
What's happening,
The experiences and sensations of this incredible planet that we call home.
This is your day.
This is your incredible experience of this beautiful world.
Bring that smile back to your lips.
I invite you to make it bigger.
You may even feel like you're showing your teeth now because the grin has broadened.
You may even feel like you want to laugh.
I invite you to take this beautiful vibrating energy into your day and invite this energy to ripple out to all of those that you may come into contact with today and connect to.
