Before we begin.
.
.
Please make sure you're somewhere safe where you can fully relax.
Not driving.
Not operating machinery.
Just free to let your whole system rest.
Is a moment.
Right at the edge of sleep.
When the busy,
Doubting mind steps back.
And deeper.
Quieter part of you opens.
That's the moment we're going to use tonight.
On Chibza Karakay.
Welcome to tonight's deep sleep meditation for manifesting while you sleep.
It's designed to help you drift into a very deep sleep.
And very restful sleep.
Strong enough to carry you all the way through the night.
If you haven't already done so.
You can set your phone down now.
Perhaps somewhere out of reach.
Maybe the screen turned away.
Any messages.
Any notifications.
They can all wait until morning.
This time.
Is yours.
Now your conscious mind might be wondering how this actually works.
That quieter.
Open part of you.
Takes things in without arguing.
And when a kind,
Simple belief is offered to it gently.
Repeated.
It begins to settle in.
Not magic.
It's just the way the mind learns.
In the same way that a thought you return to often enough.
Becomes the one you reach for without thinking.
Before we go any deeper.
Let's give tonight a focus.
If there's something you've been hoping for.
Something you'd love to call into your life.
You can bring it gently to mind now.
Not straining for it.
Not gripping it.
Just naming it softly to yourself.
The way you'd set down a small,
True wish.
And if nothing comes to mind tonight,
That's okay too.
You can borrow this thought.
I'm open to good things.
And good things are allowed to find me.
One quiet intention.
Set down softly.
Now there's nothing more for you to do but rest.
And you don't need to stay awake for any of this.
In fact.
Drifting off is exactly what we want.
More the thinking mind lets go.
The more easily the deeper part of you receives.
So if my voice fades.
.
.
If you lose the words completely.
That's not you missing it.
That's it.
Working.
The quieter part of you keeps listening.
Long after the rest of you has let go.
So take a moment now.
To make yourself as comfortable as you can.
Adjusting the pillow.
Smoothing the blankets.
Easing into the position that feels most like rest.
And once you've settled,
There's nothing more to manage.
Nothing more to do.
But rest.
Beginning to notice the surface beneath you.
The bed.
Holding all of your weight.
So you don't have to hold any of it yourself.
Noticing where the body meets the mattress.
Back of the head on the pillow.
The shoulders.
The hips,
For heals.
Each of those places.
Simply being supported.
Simply being received.
And allowing yourself to be held there.
Completely.
Way you might allow yourself to be held by someone you trust.
And now.
You may notice that the body is already breathing.
You don't have to do anything with that.
Just noticing the breath arriving.
All on its own.
And noticing the breath leaving.
Without any effort from you.
And perhaps.
.
.
As you pay it a little attention.
You may begin to notice the breath slowing.
And softening.
All by itself.
The inhale a little slower.
Exhale a little slower still.
The body knowing exactly how to settle.
The moment you stop asking it to be anything other than this.
And as the breathing slows.
You may begin to notice a gentle warmth.
Somewhere in the body.
Not hot.
Just warm enough to soften whatever it touches.
And with each easy breath.
The warmth can begin to spread.
Slowly.
Quietly.
Moving out through the chest.
And the shoulders.
And down along the arms.
The breath isn't asking anything of you.
Simply arriving.
Softening tension wherever it finds it.
The way warm water loosens a tightly held hand.
And as it spreads.
You may notice you're already beginning to open.
Already becoming a little softer.
A little more willing to receive.
And now.
As that warmth settles through you.
A gentle heaviness can begin to settle with it.
The body growing heavier.
And warmer.
And softer.
With every breath.
Settling a little more deeply into the bed.
And warm.
And the heavier the body feels.
The safer it feels.
The more at ease it feels.
As though you could rest here.
Completely held.
For as long as you need.
We can allow the attention to move now.
Softening a few of the places where we tend to hold the most.
Beginning with the space behind the eyes.
That place where so much thinking happens.
All the picturing.
All the planning.
Allowing it to grow quiet now.
And spacious.
And still.
The small muscles around the eyes.
Softening.
As though the eyes were settling back.
Gently.
Into the dark.
And moving down now.
To the throat.
The place where words begin.
Where we sometimes hold back the things we long to say.
Or long to ask for.
Allowing the throat to soften.
Nothing needs to be said here tonight.
Nothing held back.
Nothing swallowed down.
Just an open door.
Easy softness.
All the way through.
And bringing a gentle attention now.
To the chest.
To the heart.
Resting quietly beneath.
This is the place that knows what you're calling in.
That knows what you truly long for.
Underneath all the reasons it might not be allowed.
Allowing the chest to soften.
And open.
Just a little.
Breathing into the space around the heart.
And feeling at ease.
You're allowed to want good things.
And you're allowed to receive them.
And softening now.
Into the belly.
So often the bellies held tight.
Braced against the day.
Carrying worry it was never meant to carry.
So we're allowing the belly to be soft now.
Rising.
And falling.
With each slow breath.
Safe enough.
Finally.
To soften completely.
And last.
Bringing our attention to the hands.
Allowing the fingers to uncurl.
And rest.
The palms growing warm.
And heavy.
And open.
An open hand.
Is a hand that's ready to receive.
So you can allow them to simply rest there.
Open.
And easy.
While the rest of you grows heavier still.
And here.
Resting in this warmth.
Softened.
And held.
We can begin the quiet work of tonight.
The work of gently allowing an old belief to set down.
Somewhere along the way.
You may have learned to believe that you had to earn good things.
You may have learned that wanting too much was dangerous.
Or selfish.
Bound to end in disappointment.
At whatever you were calling in.
Was meant for other people.
And somehow.
.
.
Never quite for you.
Don't have to carry those old beliefs into tonight.
You can allow those old beliefs to grow heavy now.
Too heavy to hold.
And simply let them go.
And in the space they leave behind.
Something gentler can take root.
Simpler truth.
You're allowed to want what you want.
Good things are allowed to find you.
Just as easily as they find anyone else.
That you're worthy of receiving them.
Exactly as you are.
With nothing left to prove.
And here.
The quiet.
Something becomes possible.
Whatever it is that you've been calling in.
Whatever you've been longing to manifest.
You can begin to feel it now.
As though it were already quietly making its way to you.
Feeling,
Just for a moment.
What it might be like.
To already have it.
The ease of it.
The calm of it.
The quiet relief.
Of finally being allowed.
And as you rest in that feeling.
Your deeper mind takes it in.
Receiving it as something already true.
Already settling quietly into place.
Allowing that feeling to sink all the way down now.
Into the soft ground of the sleeping mind.
When new beliefs take root.
And grow.
You're allowed to receive this.
We're going to do a countdown now.
Going to take some steps down to the deepest part of yourself.
To the soft inner ground.
Where beliefs are planted.
And where they quietly grow.
You can simply allow the numbers to come and go.
Like quiet signals.
Each number an invitation to hand a little more over.
And drift a little further.
Into rest.
I invite you to picture.
A soft stairway.
Just ahead of you.
Only a few gentle steps.
Leading inward.
Toward a quiet room that belongs only to you.
There's a warm light.
At the bottom.
And a doorway standing softly open.
With each step.
You can settle a little deeper.
A little more at ease.
10.
Stepping down.
The body growing heavier and warmer.
9 every muscle softening.
A little more.
8 the thinking mind growing quiet.
And slow.
Seven.
Nothing to hold.
Nothing to carry with you.
6.
Drifting deeper.
Safer.
With each gentle step.
5.
Halfway down now.
Already so much more relaxed than when we began.
For.
Softer still.
The body almost weightless now.
3 the last of the day.
Falling away behind you.
2 deeply at ease now.
So wonderfully heavy.
1.
Reaching the bottom.
And standing.
Softly.
Before the open door.
And as you step through that door.
Into the warm light of that quiet room.
You arrive in the deepest part of yourself.
The soft inner ground.
Where beliefs are planted.
Where they quietly grow.
This is where what you're calling in begins to take root.
So here.
.
.
In this warm and private place.
You can plant it now.
Gently.
Like setting a seed into dark,
Willing soil.
The simple knowing.
That you're allowed to receive this.
That good things are already finding their way to you.
And there's nothing more for you to do with it now.
No need to tend it.
Or watch over it.
Or wonder whether it will grow.
You can leave it here.
The care of the deeper mind.
Simply rest.
And now.
There's nothing left to do.
But sleep.
Your body knows how to rest.
Deeply.
And completely.
And all through the night.
While you sleep.
Your subconscious keeps doing its quiet work.
Softening the old beliefs.
A little more.
Receiving the new beliefs.
A little more deeply.
Reprogramming gently.
In the way the mind does best.
While the thinking part of you rests.
What you're calling in.
Settling further.
Into the soft ground of you.
With every hour that passes.
You don't have to make any of it happen.
It's already happening.
Quietly.
Underneath.
While you do nothing at all but rest.
You're allowed to receive this.
And from here.
.
.
If you ever need to wake up for any reason at all.
You will.
Easily.
Naturally.
Just as you always do.
But if there's nothing that needs you.
No reason to wake.
You can allow yourself to sink even more fully.
Into this deep.
Restorative sleep.
And from here.
.
.
You don't need to follow my voice any longer.
You can allow the words to begin to blur.
And soften.
At the edges.
Becoming less like language.
And more like a sound in the distance.
Like something half heard.
As you drift.
The meaning loosening.
Dissolving gently.
Into the quiet.
Until the words are simply part of the warmth.
And the rest.
The soft ground where everything is taking root.
You can allow it all.
To fade.
There's nothing left to do now.
Just rest.
And receive.
And drift.
And now.
.
.
These simple phrases.
Can drift softly in the background.
You don't have to repeat them.
You don't have to remember them.
They can simply be there.
Quietly.
Steadily.
While you sleep.
I am allowed to rest now.
Allowed to want good things.
Allowed to receive.
I don't have to earn my rest.
I don't have to chase what's meant for me.
Good things can find me too.
I'm worthy of what I'm calling in.
My subconscious is gently reprogramming while I sleep.
What I'm calling in is already on its way.
I can let go of the beliefs that no longer serve me.
It's safe to want and safe to receive.
My body knows how to rest deeply.
Sleep is restoring me,
Hour by hour.
With every night I open a little more.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I wake gently.
Lighter than before.
Each morning I'm more ready to receive what's coming.
I am calm,
I am held,
I am allowed.
I'm allowed to rest now.

Hour by hour.
With every night I open a little more.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I wake gently.
Lighter than before.
Each morning I'm more ready to receive what's coming.
I am calm,
I am held,
I am allowed.
