Welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day Short Daytime Reset Series. Over the next week, we'll explore simple practices to help soften stress, settle the mind, and return to a greater sense of calm. Today, we begin by releasing tension you may not even realize you're carrying. Through gentle breathing, simple body awareness, and small physical releases, you'll be invited to soften areas that commonly hold stress, including the hands, shoulders, jaw, chest, and belly. Guided by Chibs Okereke, this session offers a chance to pause and notice what your body has been holding. Ideal for busy days, stressful moments, or anytime you need a few minutes to reset.
