So let's begin by closing your eyes and focusing on that space behind your eyelids.

So first notice that there is a space behind your eyelids.

Close your eyes and focus on that space.

That is your own mental screen,

Your own internal movie screen that takes you into your inner world,

Into your inner landscape,

Into your body,

Into your consciousness.

And just allow yourself to close your eyes,

Focus on that space and come into the here and now.

Just observe what's on your screen,

Colours,

Shapes.

It may be still,

It may be moving.

Simply notice what is on your screen.

And as you're focusing on that screen,

Imagine diving into that space,

Taking your full awareness into that space as you allow it to take you into your body.

Imagine that that space is a gateway,

A portal into the body.

And just travel into your body as you become aware of your body right here,

Right now in this space.

And just become aware of your body weight.

Become aware of the clothing on your skin.

If you're sitting or lying down,

Just become aware of those points of connection.

Feel the air around you.

Notice the energy around you.

And begin to tune into the sensations in your body,

Allowing yourself to be immersed in the body here and now.

Feel the sensations in your body.

Notice what's coming up in the body.

And as you're travelling into the body,

Find your breath and feel the rise and fall of your breath.

Feel the inhale breath rise,

The exhale breath fall,

And flow with the rhythm of your breath.

Feeling your breath in your body,

Bring your full awareness to your breath.

Move with your breath.

Move with the inhale.

Move with the exhale.

As if you are tracing your breath up and down your body,

All your focus,

All your awareness is focused on your breath as you move your breath up on the inhale and down on the exhale breath.

And just become aware of the quality of your breath,

Of the movement of your breath,

Of the feel of your breath.

Feel your breath in your body.

Feel it creating space,

Lightness,

Expansion.

Tune in and notice the sensation of your breath in your body.

What does your breath feel like as it rises and falls in your body?

What does the inhale breath feel like?

What does the exhale breath feel like?

Breathing in and out.

Begin to feel your body moving with your breath.

Feel the belly rise on your inhale breath,

Pushing the belly out,

Lifting the diaphragm.

Feel the belly fall on the exhale breath.

Feel your body flowing with your breath.

As if your body and your breath are a wave,

Moving through the body.

And just feel the tides of your breath moving through your body.

Feel your breath soothing the inner landscape of your body,

Caressing,

Massaging,

Soothing your body.

Feel the breath,

Feel its warmth,

Feel its comfort,

Feel its calm,

Feel it nurturing.

Feel its warmth in your body and expansiveness in your body like a beautiful light.

And just take a few breaths.

Slow inhale,

Slow exhale.

Just moving the breath up and down the body.

Feel it rise,

Feel it fall,

Feel it rise,

And feel it fall.

As you breathe in,

Feel your breath expand through your body,

Opening through your chest,

Opening through your entire body.

As you're breathing in now,

You can feel your whole body in breath.

Light and free,

Your breath moves easily through your body.

Bring your awareness now to the exhale breath.

And as you exhale,

Breathe all the way out,

Slow inhale,

And a nice complete exhale breath.

Pushing the belly out,

Feel the breath completely release from the lungs,

Emptying your lungs completely.

Nice deep exhale breath.

Nice slow inhale,

And completely emptying your lungs,

Nice full exhale.

Slow inhale,

Complete exhale out.

And as you're exhaling out,

Focus on letting go.

Focus on softening.

Focus on releasing.

Just soften your whole body,

Feel all your muscles relax.

Slowly move down the body,

Calming and relaxing.

Start at the top of the head,

Relax.

Soften the face,

The eyes,

The cheeks,

The mouth.

Soften your throat,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

Feel them drop away from your ears.

Relax your arms.

Relax your chest,

Your belly.

Soften your spine.

Allow your breath to flow through your spine.

Softened,

Not holding anything in the body,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Softening all the way down through the pelvis,

Down your legs,

All the way down to the base of your feet,

To the tips of your toes.

Just notice in your body anywhere you're holding stress,

And just release.

Send it out of your body with your exhale breath.

Feel your breath,

Feel your calm body,

Mind still,

Immersed in this present moment.

And bring your awareness now deep into your body,

Deep into your belly,

Where you feel a shining light.

A small ball of light that is deeply connected to the universe.

Travel into your body,

Feel this light,

Feel its connection to the universe,

And feel this ball of light shining inside of you.

Feel it in your belly,

Feel it in your throat,

Feel it in your heart.

This light shining deep inside of you,

Lighting you up from the inside.

Feel the connection to this light.

Notice how your body connects to this light,

And feel the light connected to the universe,

As if this light is working through you.

That light is plugged into something deeper,

Like an umbilical cord that you are connected to.

And as you're breathing in now,

Breathe in through the universe,

Into that light.

And notice how that light,

That connection,

Allows you to have conscious connection to the universe.

Breathing its life force into you,

Powering your breath,

Illuminating the inner body,

Lighting you up from the inside.

And really sit in this light.

This light is the essence of who you are.

This light takes you beyond your body,

Beyond the feelings,

Sensations,

Pain,

Trauma,

Emotion in your body.

It takes you deep into the core,

Into the electricity of your body.

You can feel it surging through your body,

In between your bones and your skin.

Is this current,

This light,

That is empowering,

Empowering your body,

Giving it power.

Power to your breath,

Power to your organs,

Power to your life force.

Deeply feel this power within you.

And as you sit within this power,

Connected to the universe,

Notice the energy and the essence of this power.

This power,

This connection to the universe,

Is universal love.

Feel that love in your body.

And notice that within your body,

Deep within the currency of your body,

Beyond the story,

Beyond the mind,

In the truth of your body,

Is love.

And say these words to yourself.

I am love.

Feel that.

Feel that in the core of your being.

I am love.

I am light.

I am truth.

I am the universe.

I am the love of the universe.

Really feel that.

Just repeat those words.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Feel it.

Feel the truth of those words.

Feel the love surging through your body,

Its warmth,

Its grace,

Its peace,

Its truth.

This is who you are.

This is who you are.

Feel that love as you say those words.

I am love.

Feel it lighting up inside of you and shining a light around you,

Shielding you,

Radiating this light out inside of you,

Creating a charisma,

A magnetism,

Illuminating your being and just hold your focus as you extend this light to everyone in your world.

Not much for you to do.

Just be your light.

Notice that.

As you say that to yourself,

I am love.

Notice how it opens you,

Shines out around you and just awakens,

Opens and illuminates all those around you.

Just sit in that space.

Hold that connection to that love as you say those words again.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Feel your heart open,

Your chest expand,

Your body surrender.

I am love.

I am love.

Hold this awareness,

Hold this connection as you hold that vibration in your heart and you're ready to slowly open your eyes with that knowing that I am love.

I am love.
