
Attracting Abundance Meditation

Transcript
Today's meditation focuses on how we can open ourselves up to receive abundance.
And abundance means something different to each and every one of us.
So think about what abundance means to you and how you can open yourself up even more to receiving.
When we get stuck in stress,
We try to control our outcomes and the intensity of all that emotion can block us from being in universal flow and receiving what is truly ours.
Our soul knows what it needs and how to get it.
The challenge is really to master silencing the mind so that we can get out of our way.
So let's get started with today's very special and empowering meditation.
So begin by closing your eyelids lightly and just focus on that space behind your eyelids.
Bringing yourself completely into the now.
Completely into this very moment.
Letting go of your day,
Letting go of your surroundings,
Letting go of your thoughts and observing that space behind your eyelids.
Notice that space.
Imagine it like your own internal movie screen,
Your own mental screen and simply observe what is on your screen.
Observe if there's any color,
Darkness,
Shapes.
It may be still or it may be moving.
Simply observe what's on your screen as you bring yourself fully into the here and now.
And as you're focusing on that screen and the moment to moment changes on your screen,
Become fully aware and present with your body.
Just feel the sensations in your body here and now.
Notice any moment to moment changes in the body.
Feel your body weight.
Feel your skin.
Feel the clothing on your skin.
And as you're observing your body,
Travel deep within your body and locate your breath and just connect with the gentle flow of your inhale and exhale breath.
Feel your inhale breath and feel your exhale breath.
And just connect to the natural flow of your breath.
Feel where your breath is in your body and notice the sensations of your breath in your body.
Feel the lightness of your breath in your body.
Feel your breath moving through your body,
Lightening your body.
And feel your breath as it rises up your body on the inhale and flows down your body on the exhale.
And just take some nice deep breaths.
Anytime the mind drifts away,
Simply bring it back to focusing on the flow of your breath.
Feel your inhale breath through your nose and your exhale breath out your mouth.
And just feel your breath moving through your body like a beautiful tide,
Cleansing and clearing your body.
Feel your exhale breath deepening as you lengthen your exhale breath,
Slowly inhaling and a deep complete exhale out.
Breathing to the full completion of your breath and using your exhale breath to relax the body and to go deeper and deeper into yourself.
Feel the exhale breath softening the body.
Allow the exhale breath to let go of whatever the body no longer wants or needs.
Clearing stress,
Clearing toxins,
Clearing tension.
Just using the breath to clear and cleanse your body.
Slow inhale and a full and complete exhale breath.
Breathing out until you feel you can no longer breathe out.
Extending your breath all the way with every exhale breath you feel your body softening more and more.
Feel your whole body soften.
From the top of your head,
Around your face,
Feel your jaw,
Your eyes,
Everything soften.
Feel your neck soften.
Feel your shoulders soften.
Push your shoulders down away from your ears.
Feel your arms softening as if your body is just releasing and relaxing.
Dropping the armor,
Dropping the shield,
Completely relaxed,
Letting go.
Relax your chest,
Relax your belly.
Feel your belly soft,
Pushing the belly out.
And soften all the way down your spine.
Vertebrae by vertebrae.
Feel your whole spine relax.
All the way from your upper back,
Your middle back,
Your lower back completely softening all the way down through your pelvis into your glutes.
Feel your glutes relax.
Feel your legs relax all the way down.
All the way down to the tip of your toes.
Feel your toes tingling.
Your whole body is soft and relaxed.
And I want you to bring your awareness to your hands.
Turn your palms up,
Open your hands and feel a tingling in your hands as you connect with the energy around you.
And you let your hands open and release whatever the body is holding onto.
And I want you to imagine a beautiful golden light above you,
Like a golden sun.
And just feel the energy of that light above you.
As if it's a universal source of light above you.
And I want you to imagine this light almost pouring over you,
Shining its rays down over you.
Feel this light surrounding your body.
And imagine that power of the light.
Feel it entering through your palms of your hands.
Feel your palms receiving that beautiful energy as you open yourself up to receiving.
Think about those words.
I open myself up to receive abundance and love from the universe.
Feel this light filling your hands and seeping deep into your body.
I am open to receiving abundance from the universe.
Feel it entering your hands,
Entering your veins and pumping through your body.
Feel that energy through your body.
Feel that abundance.
Feel the love.
Feel it filling your body.
Full of abundance.
You can feel yourself expand as you receive this abundance.
Feel it filling your body all the way and feel it filling your heart.
Just feel this light pouring down over you.
This beautiful rays shining into your hands.
Seeping into your body,
Filling your body and filling your heart.
And feel your heart receiving this abundance.
Open yourself up and allow yourself to receive this beautiful abundance that's around you.
Feel it filling your heart and feel what it feels like to have that abundance filling your body.
Notice this glow that's coming from your inner body,
From the depth of your heart shining through you.
Notice how expansive your energy feels.
And you can notice that as you receive,
So you give.
The more you fill yourself up,
The more you can share and give around you.
And feel the beautiful flow and reciprocity of this process of giving and receiving,
Receiving and giving.
Notice how in flow you feel connected to the universal energy around you.
Notice how that universal energy is made up of abundance.
And all you have to do is open yourself,
Receive and share.
And feel that flow.
Feel yourself receiving that beautiful warmth and the light and the abundance and love.
Feel it entering your body and entering your heart,
Allowing you to be at one.
Notice that what you are inside is what you feel outside.
Feel this connection and feel this flow.
And just imagine yourself expanding more and more as you receive.
And as you expand,
Feel that feeling of sharing this glow,
Expanding your energy,
Uplifting you and raising your vibration.
Feel yourself expansive,
Buzzing and glowing.
Feel the universal abundance around you.
Notice the beauty and the peace in that connection,
In the flow.
And just sit for a moment,
Feeling this connection,
Feeling this flow,
Feeling this expansiveness and this beautiful energy buzzing through you.
Allowing yourself to receive.
Opening,
Opening yourself up to receive.
Feel that fullness,
Feel that wholeness,
Feel that abundance,
Feel all the abundance around you and within you.
And slowly come back to focusing on that space behind your eyelids.
And notice how that space feels now,
Just allowing your body to relax into its natural state again.
Notice the connection and flow that you feel.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
