Explore MeditationChas is a father, husband, high school teacher, and USMC combat veteran who has been on a path to heal the wounds of war and deprogram the nervous system and mind since returning from Iraq in 2005. Chas enjoys learning from and sharing resources with other veterans and individuals overcoming challenges and/or struggling with PTSD. Chas has grown his mindfulness and meditation practice over the past 10 years, and has participated in Mantram Repetition training through the San Diego Vet Center as well as meditation course work through the Veterans Path. Chas enjoys adventuring and spending time in nature with his wife and two daughters.
