This is the third and final meditation in a three-part series on self-acceptance and belonging. In the first two meditations, you were invited to come home to the body and to befriend the mind. This closing meditation brings everything from the first two meditations together, helping you to embrace your whole self. Through reflection, you explore the parts of yourself you may have pushed away or judged and learn to welcome them back into a sense of wholeness. Instead of dividing yourself into “acceptable” and “unacceptable” pieces, you’re reminded that nothing needs to be exiled to be worthy of love. This meditation series ends with affirmations of wholeness and self-trust, helping you to carry forward the truth that you are already enough, exactly as you are.
