So take some time to prepare for sleep.

Make sure you are as comfortable as you possibly can.

Got everything you need right now in order to allow yourself to let go.
To let go into relaxation.
To let go into sleep.
To enjoy going into sleep.
To enjoy sleep coming towards you.
It's the most natural thing in the world.
So make any final adjustments you need to make in order to relax as much as you possibly can.
Feeling your eyes closed and ready.
Gently,
Perfectly.
Become aware of any sounds around you.
Take some slow deep breaths all the way into your body.
And you can imagine your breath nurturing the inside of your body.
Moving through you.
Become aware of your breath moving through you.
And with this awareness feel everything slowing down.
As you drop into this inner awareness.
This inner sense.
This slow inner being.
Become aware of any sensations in your body.
Just observing those sensations.
Recognizing them.
But moving past them.
Like clouds drifting past.
Feel where your body is touching the surface beneath you.
Connecting to the surface beneath you.

The transport you love most.
It could be a flying carpet.
A skateboard.
A flying sofa.
It doesn't matter.
You choose.
You get to create your journey.
Right now you're flying through the night sky.
Through the clouds.
Like a movie.
A wonderful dream.
A magical adventure.
Through times and places and other people's dreams whirling past you.
And you're travelling through portals and places unbeknown to you.
And you let yourself pass by.
You let yourself move through different spaces in the sky as you watch on.
Detached.
Feeling so free.
So light.
So peaceful.
Allowing yourself to be taken on this journey.
And you find yourself moving through a beautiful gate in the sky.
And up a beautifully lit path of light clouds towards a magical palace in the distance.
And as you move closer towards this magical vision you know you are in a special place.
A free place.
A place of light and love and safety and peace.
It's such a magical place.
And it's so far removed from everyday life you feel so happy to look around this place.
This palace.
So go ahead and see what it looks like.
Explore.
It's beautiful and majestic and there are labyrinths of bright colours filled with calming lights with rooms going off from the corridors.
And you find that you're drawn to a particular corridor.
It's filled with these beautiful lights and you're just drawn in.
And as you find you don't even need your flying transport anymore as you seem to be able to float down this corridor.
You know inside of yourself where you're going.
You know inside of yourself what is to come.
And you know that this place is going to be the most rested,
The most peaceful,
The most lovely place.
It's a place where sleep just comes to you.
Where sleep is always available to you.
It's a place where sleep is abundant.
It's a place where sleep envelops you.
It's a place where rest happens.
Where deep rest is available whenever you go there.
A place where sleep is safe and you are safe and secure.
So as you make your way down the corridor.
As you float down the corridor.
You're drawn to a door which naturally opens when you approach.
It just happens.
As you approach the door just opens.
And you find yourself floating into a room.
This is the sleeping room.
And inside there is the sleeping pool.
The entire room is the sleep pool.
And this pool isn't water.
It's made up of the entity of sleep.
The entirety of sleep.
The definition of sleep.
And something happens when you immerse yourself in it.
You find that you just drift off.
Float off.
Slip off.
To sleep.
In fact sleep just comes.
So as you enter into the room.
As you float into the room.
You already feel your body slipping through consciousness.
You feel yourself getting heavier.
You feel yourself getting drowsier.
You feel yourself finding it difficult to even hang on to my words.

The sleep is literally holding you close.
