Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle,
Whether you're sitting or lying down.
You may gently allow your eyes to close or soften your gaze.
Just take a slow,
Steady breath in and now breathe out.
And again,
Breathing in and out.
Without needing to change anything too much at all.
Just allowing the breath to become a little slower,
A little softer as you release the day,
As you release anything you don't need right here,
Right now.
And as you continue breathing,
Begin to bring your awareness into your body.
Notice where your body is supported,
Where it meets the surface beneath you.
The weight of you being held.
And just begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
The gentle rise and fall.
Perhaps noticing the chest or simply the sensation of air moving in and out.
And as your awareness settles,
You may begin to notice small areas of tension in the jaw,
The shoulders,
The hands.
Just allow your body to soften in its awareness.
And you might begin to sense that your body already knows what to do.
How to settle,
How to let go,
In its own way,
In its own time.
And as your breath continues,
Steady and calm,
You're invited to imagine this.
That your mind and body are like a collection jar,
A jar that's been with you your whole life.
You don't need to see it clearly,
Just allow a sense of it to form,
An observation of sorts.
And over time,
Things have been placed into this jar.
Words,
Experiences,
Feelings.
Some things we wanted,
Some things we're not.
Some of these things were helpful and some things were not.
And as life continued,
More was added,
Some good,
Some not so good.
Some stuff not appropriate,
Some stuff is just other people's stuff.
And when the lid wasn't quite on properly,
Things entered that were never really yours.
And now,
Without needing to analyse anything at all,
You can simply sense that this jar contains a mixture.
Some things to keep and some things ready to be released.
Now,
You may begin to sense that this jar could be your body,
It could be your inner world.
From the top of your head,
All the way down to your feet.
A space that is holding,
Storing,
Carrying,
And sometimes it gets clogged up.
And sometimes it just needs a little clear out.
So just notice now what it feels like to be in your body.
Noticing any sensations.
Noticing any areas of lightness or heaviness.
Without judgement.
We have this opportunity to clear,
To release,
To remove what we don't want.
What we don't need.
What doesn't serve us anymore.
Or maybe never did.
And the tool of this clearing is a vortex of light.
A vortex of bright light.
A vision,
An experience,
A spinning wheel of light energy.
A bit like a feather duster or a car wash.
But more like a wonderful light spinning wheel.
That can transform and move and shift anything in its way that's not needed.
Anything that's in your way.
And so you can begin to imagine this soft,
Swirling vortex of light forming above you.
It's slightly wider than your body.
And it's spinning around and around.
You can almost feel its energy above your head right now as it hovers.
Feel it though.
A gentle,
Intelligent light.
It knows exactly what to do.
And as you breathe,
You can imagine this light is entering the top of your head.
Softly,
Naturally,
Spinning as it goes.
As it flows into your mind,
It begins to clear.
Old thoughts,
Mental noise.
And it passes behind your ears.
You may begin to sense a clarity.
And as it passes behind your eyes,
You may begin to sense a clarity.
As though you can see more clearly.
And the light continues moving down through your head.
Your jaw.
Releasing tension.
And down into your throat.
And as it moves through your throat,
You begin to sense a soft opening.
A space where your voice can move more freely.
Where you can speak your truth with ease and clarity and confidence.
And the light continues,
That's right.
And anything that's not in your highest purpose.
Anything that isn't yours.
Anything your body no longer needs to hold.
Begins to gently flow down.
To transform.
To move.
And the light continues to spin into your chest.
Your heart.
And here it becomes even softer.
Gently opening.
Allowing your heart to expand.
To receive.
To give.
To feel connected to love in your own way.
And as your heart softens,
You may notice a warmth.
A lightness.
A sense of space and peace.
And the vortex continues moving down into your gut.
And here it clears gently.
Old tension.
Held emotion.
Anything that's been stored.
The vortex spins and heals as it goes.
Feel it moving and clearing and shifting.
And everything in its path goes back to its original coding.
Right back to its perfect coding.
And as it moves through your gut.
You may begin to sense a deeper connection.
To your intuition.
And your inner knowing.
A balance between feeling.
And understanding.
Trusting yourself from within.
And the light continues.
Down through your body.
Your hips.
Clearing tension.
Your legs.
Draining build up.
Releasing all the way to your feet.
And the vortex keeps spinning from top to bottom.
It never stops.
And now you can imagine small portals opening on the soles of your feet.
Natural openings.
And as the light continues to flow through your body.
Anything that's not of your highest purpose.
Anything that isn't yours.
Anything your body no longer needs to hold.
Begins to gently flow down.
And out.
Through these portals.
And down into the earth where it's absorbed by the earth.
Effortlessly.
And you may sense this physical release.
As though the body is letting go.
Easily.
Perfectly.
Naturally.
Peacefully.
Layer by layer by layer.
And the vortex continues.
Moving again.
Continuously moving from head to toe.
Clearing.
Cleansing.
As your body is now filled with light.
Nurturing light.
Light energy.
So feel the light.
The space.
The flow.
The connection to yourself.
And in that connection.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Just noticing what you can feel there.
That connection to self.
To self love.
To nurturing.
Nurturing yourself.
The connection to the world around you.
Filled with love.
And gently.
Bring your awareness to your gut.
Noticing any sensations.
Beginning to sense a connection between these two places.
The heart and the gut.
Feeling and knowing.
And just allow yourself to rest in that connection.
Nurturing this new relationship with yourself.
As you rest here.
With this sense of connection between your heart and your gut.
This feeling of clarity.
Of wholeness.
Of being fully within yourself.
With inner peace.
This light space.
You can begin to notice.
That this is a feeling you can return to.
Not something outside of you.
But something already here.
And just for a moment.
Allow yourself to become more aware of this feeling.
Where do you sense it most clearly?
The chest.
The belly.
Through the whole body.
Feeling the spaciousness of the light.
Your space.
And as you notice it you can begin to amplify it.
As though you're turning up a soft inner light.
And now you can bring your thumb and your forefinger together.
And imagine that this simple movement.
As you press your thumb and your forefinger together.
Is just like a dinner switch.
And you begin to slowly turn that inner light up.
Just a little.
Just allowing the feeling to become a little brighter.
As you feel that you lock that feeling.
You hold that feeling.
A little clearer.
A little stronger.
You may notice.
As you turn it up.
That that sense of connection deepens.
The clarity becomes more present.
That feeling of wholeness becomes more familiar.
And you can take your time.
Turning it up slowly.
Finding a level that feels just right for you.
And knowing.
That this is something you can return to at any time.
A simple gesture.
A gentle reminder.
Of your light.
Your connection.
Your clarity.
Your ability.
And that this state exists within you.
It's available to you.
And you might even imagine.
That every time you use this gesture.
It becomes easier.
More natural.
More immediate.
Like connecting to something you already know.
A reconnection.
And when you're ready.
You can gently release your fingers.
But allowing that feeling to remain within you.
And from this place.
You may sense.
That just like placing a gentle lid on the jar when needed.
You're allowed to create healthy boundaries for your vessel.
For your life.
For you.
Not to shut the world out.
But to choose what to allow in.
And what you don't allow in.
Including thoughts.
People.
Situations.
You choose.
Whether the lid is on or off.
You can remain open and connected.
While also knowing your worth.
Knowing what is right for you.
And what is not.
And as you sit here in this clearer,
Lighter space.
You may begin to sense.
A feeling of coming back.
To yourself.
A quiet return.
A gentle remembering.
As you take a breath right here.
As you notice this feeling of being you.
In this moment.
And when you're ready.
You can begin to bring a little movement back into your body.
Gently.
As you open your eyes in your own time.
As you carry this feeling with you.
As you move forward with a sense of lightness.
Clarity.
And connection.
As you come home to yourself.
