
Guided Practice To Increase Immunity & Reduce Anxiety
Charlotte created this relaxing recording to reduce anxiety and help boost your immune system. This will have a similar effect to a guided practice, and through regular listening to her words, your conscious mind will begin to behave in this positive way and allow a more peaceful state of mind to prevail. She included positive suggestions about your physical health and immune system, so that your subconscious creates exactly that.

This recording is intended to help you relax,
Dissolve anxiety,
Allow a positive mindset to flow and encourage your immune system to function brilliantly.
This is a guided meditation,
And not a formal medication of any time.
I am not a medical doctor,
I am a clinical hypnotherapist and this is an alternative form of relaxation that is your own decision to listen to and by no means any guarantee to a healthy immune system or an anxiety free life.
Make sure that you are comfortable and warm,
And that you won't be disturbed.
Take this time for yourself,
You deserve to have this time.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out,
And another breath in and out.
Feeling the air as it enters into you,
Hearing the air as it enters into you,
As the air enters your body and it is then released.
Every time you breathe in,
You let go a little bit more,
Every time you breathe out,
You let go a little bit more.
Now take a moment to become aware of any sounds around you.
Now take a moment to become aware of any sounds you may hear around you.
And now back to the sound of your own breathing.
Now become aware of a warm blanket of relaxation coming over your head,
Over your shoulders,
Over your body,
Over your legs,
Over your entire body.
And allow yourself to sink deeper,
Move deeper,
Float deeper into relaxation,
Into an awareness of yourself.
And with every breath you take,
You feel yourself drifting deeper,
Moving deeper,
Floating deeper.
And as you relax into the surface beneath you,
Allow the feeling of being held to support you.
You are supported,
You are held.
Imagine now that you are on a rocking chair,
And every time you're rocking backwards,
You move deeper into relaxation.
And every time you move forwards,
You move deeper still,
Allowing yourself to travel deeper,
To move deeper,
Letting go in every fibre of your being.
Drawing your attention to your breath once again,
Becoming aware of your breath as it enters into your body.
Drawing your breath up and down your spine.
Imagine your breath as it moves up and down your spine like a light breeze,
As it travels all the way up to the top of your spine and then all the way down,
Down,
Down to the bottom of your spine.
All the way to the top of your spine and all the way to the bottom of your spine,
Allowing that breath,
The freedom to travel,
That calm breeze that brings life up and down your spine,
That frees you,
That brings life into you.
Breathing up and down your spine.
And now as your breath goes down,
Down,
Down,
It goes even further and you can imagine it moving into the centre of the earth.
Imagine that breath as it moves into the centre of the earth,
Connecting you to the earth,
Grounding you,
Supporting you with this constant presence.
It is always here,
Always strong and supportive,
Holding you.
You feel this connection to the earth and this connection to yourself as you take this time to allow yourself to connect with your neutral mind,
To find the peace within,
The peace that is always there with you night and day.
A neutrality and a connection to yourself and as you get more and more used to this feeling,
It is part of you.
Just tune in and you will find it there,
Always,
Constantly.
And as you go deeper,
You know that because you are choosing to take the time to connect to yourself,
Because you are showing yourself the love and respect that you deserve,
That you deserve right now and from this moment on,
That you will be able to connect to yourself at any time to others.
To be able to give love more freely to others,
Feel good about yourself and others,
Feel good about where you are at and be kind to yourself always.
You are choosing this way.
You are plugged into this new reality.
You are allowing a more creative version of you to emerge and to shine because you are focused on the present moment,
On how you can best serve yourself right now.
You visualize yourself doing things that you don't normally have time to do,
Being creative with your energy,
Embracing change,
Embracing opportunity to see things differently,
An opportunity to think from a different perspective.
You are expanding in such a brilliant way,
Finding a calm in the storm and within yourself,
Using these new tools that you have discovered within and transforming yourself.
You are listening with your rational mind,
Always.
Your rational mind that is so a kind voice,
One that reassures you,
One that has your back,
One that enables you to see clearly,
One that encourages you to be grateful,
One that is cheerleading you on,
To think clearly,
To be objective.
One that says everything will be alright,
You've got this.
You have amazing coping skills.
You can deal with all situations calmly,
Easily.
You are master of your emotions.
You allow yourself to pause and reflect and be calm.
You feel this in your mind and you feel this in your body.
Your body and your mind are perfectly in sync with one another.
They care for one another.
Your mind wants what is best for your body and your body reacts to your mind.
You are a calm and peaceful person right now.
This is available to you.
This is your reality now and this reality is now intrinsically part of you.
You're pouring love into yourself as you understand that you are important.
You have needs and you are meeting them by being good to yourself,
By doing all the things you know are good for you.
You're eating healthily.
You're exercising.
You're spending time being creative in a way that is just right for you.
You're making sure that you take time out every day to connect to yourself,
To ground yourself,
To feel centred,
To do something lovely for yourself.
Your inner self appreciates this and this helps in your interactions with others,
With your connection to others,
To your feeling of oneness with all around.
You are plugged into this new you,
Reminding yourself that you're doing a great job,
A fabulous job and that is more than good enough.
You are kind to yourself,
Aware of this friend that lives within you,
That reassures you,
That is always there for you,
That always takes your side,
That encourages you to take care of you,
To look after you,
To be gentle,
That holds you.
And when you tune into the voice of this kind friend,
You get such wonderful messages from that inner self,
From your gut,
This intrinsic knowledge that guides you,
That becomes clearer and clearer.
The more you tune into you,
The more you connect to you,
The more you take this time to be good to you.
You deserve this,
You are worthy of this and when you feel loved and held like this,
You relax,
Your body relaxes and your mind relaxes and you are filled with feelings of calm,
Of being centred,
Of being grounded.
They are available to you right now,
They are available to you always,
They are within you,
They are constant.
You just tune in and they are there,
It's as simple as that.
And the more you tune into them,
The more present they seem because they are.
Your body loves this feeling,
It is thriving of this feeling of being held,
Of being nurtured,
Of being connected,
Of being supported,
Of this gentle self love.
Your body is glowing from the inside out.
Everything is working just the way it should.
You are sending messages to your body from your calm mind and your body responds by working in such a perfect way.
You are imperfecting,
Your mind and your body working imperfectly,
Inflow.
Your mind is calm and relaxed and your body is calm and working perfectly,
Functioning just the way it did when you were born.
It knows exactly what it needs to do to stay healthy and it does.
You encourage it to do so by looking after it and with your kind and calm and positive thoughts and the way you look after yourself daily with the food you put inside of it,
With the exercise you do,
With the mental stimulation you give it in the form of new and exciting knowledge,
You've got this.
You're taking time to learn new things,
You always wanted to learn,
Allowing yourself to be creative and because you're feeling so calm and centred,
Your creativity is flowing.
You're able to come up with new ideas,
New ways to spend your time,
New ideas for hobbies and interests are coming to you.
You're inspired by things around you,
You know intrinsically what to do,
What actions to take.
You are so connected to yourself,
To your gut,
To your inner self,
To your creativity that you are in flow.
You are allowing yourself to feel great and you are protecting yourself intrinsically from people or information that threatens this.
You are able to be objective,
You are able to helicopter situations and be patient,
To be practical,
To be rational always,
Calm always.
This is you now,
Calm and rational.
You're able at any time to tune in to your rational mind,
To take a step back and tune into the calm and know that you're doing an amazing job,
A fabulous job,
A stellar job.
People connect with you and see the change,
See how you are calm and relaxed,
How well you're coping and they see that you can do whatever you set your mind to doing,
That you and your mind are at peace and your body is working excellently,
That you look great,
That you're doing incredible things with your time,
That you are an inspiration,
That you're looking after yourself and inspiring others to do the same.
And you're sleeping well because you are at peace.
You wake up feeling energised,
Feeling positive,
Feeling good in your mind and body,
Making sure that you focus on the present moment,
Making sure that you plan lovely things for yourself,
That you plan time out for yourself every day,
So that you connect with yourself on a daily basis,
That you protect yourself against the news,
That you set healthy boundaries for yourself and your family.
You are walking your best self right now,
Coping brilliantly,
Calm and feeling good about yourself,
Knowing that you've got this,
That you're doing the best you can do and that is more than good enough.
Knowing that this time shall pass and you are okay with being in the present,
Letting go,
Being calm and wise and centred and you love listening to this recording because this recording reminds you that you've got this,
That you are connected to yourself,
That you're connected to the world around you,
That everything is okay.
So on the count of three,
Knowing it,
Feeling it,
Believing it,
That you've got amazing coping skills,
That you've got this,
That your body is calm,
Your mind is calm and they are absolutely in sync with one another.
You start to feel awareness coming back into your body and on the count of two,
You can start to open your eyes and on the count of one,
Just open your eyes and let full awareness come to you.
