Feeling Good. In this meditation, I will guide you toward a moment in time in your childhood that made you feel good and to hold on to that feeling for future reference. Feeling Good is helping at navigating difficult moments.

Feeling good.

Welcome.

My name is Charlene and today I want to lead you in a short meditation to bring into awareness feeling good to elevate your vibration.

Before we go on our journey,

Let's first settle in.

Please get comfortable and let's find a cozy spot where you are able to close your eyes.

Now let's take a few breaths to settle our bodies before our journey.

We will do a breath box method.

Breathing in for four,

Holding,

Releasing for four with a nice strong breath.

Let's do this four times.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Release.

Again.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release.

Again.

Two,

Four,

And release.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Release.

This is my absolute favorite memory from childhood.

Fully visualize that moment as clearly as you can.

Then notice how this memory makes you feel inside.

Where is this feeling located?

Scan your body and pinpoint this very feeling.

This feeling that you had during your childhood that made you feel so good that it's deep in your core memory.

Is it in your feet,

Your skin,

Your heart?

Is it on your face via a smile?

Try to scan your body and look for this feeling.

Where is it located?

Did you feel the wind caress your body as you stood and looked up and ran around the park or the woods?

Once you find that,

Hold on to that feeling and just pretend just pretend that you can feel it expanding out to the rest of your body.

Start with where you felt it and now start the process of expanding it to the rest of your body.

Let this good feeling fill you up and let this good feeling fill your entire body.

Now let go of that memory.

Totally let go of this memory and simply follow that good feeling wherever it leads you.

Trust this good feeling and let it get stronger.

Let this good feeling get as good as you can possibly handle.

Let's imagine a knob on a timer and start to turn the knob to 10.

Imagine allowing yourself to feel this every single day that you created this feeling by yourself.

Permission.

Because now that permission slip gets inside of your heart and it gives you permission to feel good for no reason at all.

Stay there.

Just continue to find this feeling.

Use it for your better good.
