Welcome to this full moon meditation.

The full moon is a time of illumination and reflection,

A powerful moment for releasing what no longer serves you and embracing clarity and renewal.

In this meditation,

You will connect with the energy of the full moon to reflect,

Release and rejuvenate your spirit.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Know that this is your time to reconnect with yourself.

Let go of the old and make space for the new.

Begin by taking a deep,

Cleansing breath in,

Holding it for a moment and releasing it slowly.

Feel any tension melting away as you exhale.

Continue this deep,

Steady breathing,

Feeling yourself relax more with each breath.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Feeling them firmly planted on the ground.

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

With each breath,

Feel these roots drying up the earth's grounding energy.

Let this energy flow into your legs,

Up into your core and through your entire body,

Bringing a sense of stability and calm.

Take a few moments to deepen this connection to the earth,

Feeling grounded,

Safe and supported.

Now shift your awareness to the sky above you.

Visualize a brilliant full moon glowing brightly,

Casting its silver light across the landscape.

Feel the moon's energy gently touching your skin,

Bathing you in its luminous glow.

This is a time of heightened awareness and clarity.

The moon's light reveals everything as it is,

Allowing you to see clearly and release what you no longer need.

Feel the powerful yet nurturing energy of the full moon wrapping around you,

Guiding you into a space of reflection and release.

Take a moment to reflect on your current state.

What thoughts,

Emotions or experiences have been weighing on you?

Are there habits,

Beliefs or relationships that you are ready to release?

Bring these things to mind without judgment,

Simply acknowledging them as they are.

Imagine these thoughts and feelings appearing before you as small glowing orbs.

Each orb holds a piece of what you wish to let go of.

Allow yourself to observe them and understand their presence in your life.

Say to yourself,

I acknowledge these thoughts and feelings.

I am ready to release what no longer serves me.

Let this intention settle within you.

Take another deep cleansing breath in and exhale fully.

Visualize the silver light of the full moon intensifying,

Surrounding these orbs with its radiant energy.

Watch as the moonlight gently lifts each orb away from you,

Taking with it the weight of these thoughts,

These emotions.

As each orb floats up toward the moon,

Feel the release within your body.

Notice how the tension dissipates and how space is created for the new energy and intentions.

With each breath,

Let go a little more and a little more and a little more,

Feeling lighter and more free.

Repeat to yourself,

I release with love and gratitude.

I am open to renewal.

Take a few moments here to deepen the feeling of release.

Feel the relief spreading through your body as the moon continues to absorb and transform.

Let it continue to absorb and transform these energies.

With the space created from releasing,

Turn your focus inward.

Feel the moon's energy infusing your entire being with a sense of clarity and renewal.

Picture the silver light flowing into your body,

Filling the spaces left behind by what you have just released.

This light carries with it new insights,

Peaceful energy and a sense of renewal.

Imagine this light radiating from your heart,

Expanding through your chest,

Down your arms and up to your head.
